I waited 15 minutes after opening for the nail tech to show up and when she did she already had an attitude. She came over to me and asked what I wanted because she could only do basic nails I showed her the most basic picture with no design and she said couldn't do it. Very limited talent, wouldn't recommend!

Was Referred to LS Nail Spa Per a Good Friend after She Was Listening to My Recent Experiences at A Prior Salon I had Been Going to for almost 8 years. Let Me Just Say I was 100% Satisfied with My First Vist. From the Big Welcome, Cleaniness, My Request, Concerns , Timing,Massage, Color Selection, Products Offered and I can Go On and On. Gel manicure/pedicure came out beautiful and within an hour. Very friendly staff, clean environment and most importantly my nails are always on fleek every time I leave here!! I'll be back for sure.

What a wonderful nail salon! The cleanliness is outstanding, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. My nails look amazing, and the process was completely painless. The owner is very welcoming and made my visit feel special. I will definitely be coming back here regularly.

Made a special appointment well over 2 months in advance for grand-daughter and friends mani and pedi for prom 1st thing in am and they put in book and gave us an appointment card, but when we showed up no one even had a clue and had her niece waiting with feet sitting in water for over 20 minutes just waiting!
Been coming here for years now new owners have me reconsidering ever coming back!
Been coming here since granddaughter was 2 years old and now 13 years later, new owners now time to find a new nail spot!!
Terrible that you are asked to make an appointment and they don't even have people ready to do the appointment and staff have no idea wabout your appointment or why you are there lol.
The girl who took appointment dose not even advise them and you are put on back burner for other clients...smh!
I was told by owner after being charged $75.00 for each girl that was a $5.00 discount lol (total $150.00)
Unbelievable poor service...my grand-daughter only got feet soak and jell paint, NO trim, cuticles foot scrub or anything no massage and charged $35.00..for a basic pedi smh!!
And all she got was a foot soak and paint. They didn't even take out pedi tool kit lol!

I got my nails done today by Lien and she is AMAZING i absolutely LOVE my nails and i couldn’t be happier they are everything i asked for and they are my prom nails i am super excited and this just adds to it the prices are affordable and i will be coming back. Thanks Lien

Excellent Communication! The staff here are great at communicating with their clients. Whether it's discussing nail design options or explaining the steps of a service, they always make sure I'm informed and comfortable.
