Trinna is an absolute gem. She has been doing my nails for years and she never disappoints. No chipping, no broken nails!! Ever! No matter what I have done. I have been going to Trinna for 13 years and she has done quality work for me!!

I go here every time I need a reset of my gel color. The staff are always friendly, this time, 7/24, they took the time to find the color I had done 2 weeks ago. The place is fairly clean from what I see when I get my nails done. ?
Requested style: I am very basic with my nails, so I asked for a somewhat sheer pink/nude color to look like a natural nail.
Stylist: I don't remember his name, but also wasn't given it at all.

I came in with multiple polish colors (7) I wanted to try, not knowing what inventory they would have. My nail tech advised that they did carry the brand & provided alternatives. Unknowing to me, she looked up the colors I had and was able to find a match for me. Now that is going the extra mile to make a client happy ?. I love my nails & toes!

I came into to get a color change and a nail fixed. The shape doesn’t match, the nail is longer than the nail on my middle finger. I already had my gel nails. They charged me $35 to look worse than what I spent my original $75 on.
Update: When I called to get this fixed no one answered. My finger was hurting so badly I had to go and get my entire set removed. Turns out, my nail was cracked. I will never return to this establishment. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Very bad experience on 4/13/24! Spent over 3 hours charged $112 for mani pedi only to have thick over acryliced bumpy nails and not in requested coffin shape. Highly disappointed!

Went in for a polish change and to fix one nail. The nail I had fixed is almost as long as my middle finger with the nail extension. The polish is under my nail. This is awful. They ruined my original set of extensions. Update: my finger was killing me. Turns out they cracked my nail. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This place is great I absolutely love my nail tech, Meredith. The best thing that you ever did was get rid of Tiffany. Her loudness and unprofessionalism made the place feel so chaotic. I go for peace and quiet and when she was there it was like being in a boot camp atmosphere.
