My husband and I purchased a Toyota Tacoma on Labor day. Our salesman, Justin Fricke along with Charles Martin were the salesmen. Justin was fantastic. A really nice down to earth gentleman. Easy going guy and nice to talk with. This guy is definitely a people person. He worked with us to get to a price that we feel comfortable with and he was not at all pushy. The only problem we had was that the process literally took all day. However they were experiencing a crazy busy day. I would recommend Justin and Vann York Toyota to everybody.

We were very interested in purchasing a vehicle at this location. However, twice, when I wasn't around, the sales manager approached my finance' and was very condescending and pushy. We don't want to do business with a company that has no respect. The sales associate Freddy was a great guy and very helpful, but his manager really needs some serious training on how to talk to women respectfully.

No stars.. very bad business practices including lying about purchase price over the phone and doubling prices once you are in the office. Worst car buying experience ever. Buy your vehicles elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled after someone from Toyota called me to set it up for an oil change, she told me about a special they had for my car and so I called in the day of to confirm my appointment as well as the special and got put on hold for over 10 minutes, and then I had to hang up and call back and was transferred 2 times and once again left on the phone for over 10 minutes. Not a single person helped me, not a single person could confirm anything. I guess when you call in every single person inside of Toyota just drops dead, cause they're all incompetent and worthless.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra on 4-21 and picked it up on 4-22. My sales consultant Greg Reantillo blocked my view of damage but lucky I stepped out before leaving and noticed it. The Toyota dealership attempted to fix the undisclosed damage but couldn't repair it within the first month and refused to let me have an outside body shop do the work in a more timely manner. I was told it would have to be done in house to control expenses and it would take roughly three months due to their work load. That's unacceptable and I became so fed up I asked to deal only with management. I was offered to be released from the deal by Joseph Bristow. When I returned the truck that was still damaged on 5-24 I asked wheres my 8k down payment? I was informed that I would have to wait till the bank release the title and after I pay sales tax and other fees my remaining down payment would be available for pickup. Now my credit score has dropped, I can't receive the interest rate I've earned. My debt to income ratio is off making it hard to qualify again. As well, I don't have a down payment to offset my monthly payment now. Horrible experience that's now causing me financial hardship and health concerns due to my medical conditions as a combat veteran with the United States military.

This had to be worst experience I've had in all my years ! This dealership is so unethical and rude and lacks anything remotely to customer service . Theres hundreds of Toyota dealerships and if you are interested in a Toyota tiy must avid this dealership. They were rude and led me on to call and waste my time and then when ready to purchase they decided to say @ we can't sell the car" it sounded to me that they sold the car to someone else . I called and texted left messages after they called and hept on sending texts only to get no response " we are too busy" no one can help you" I've purchased many cars and this is simply one of those stories you worry about walking into a dealership and the nightmare scenario happens with this type of customer service or lack of!

Don Panetta is an awesome salesman. He helped me get both Hondas over the years. Very patient and knowledgeable. When need to get another car I will definitely use him again. Brenda

i have never experienced such abrupt misogyny as i did here this morning. i came to get my oil changed this morning at 11:30 AM and didn't leave until 1:40 PM. when i first got there, a man named Larry told me where to wait and took my car. when he opened my car door he says, "it's a little too cold to be wearing those shorts young lady". verbatim. i was very very uncomfortable and started crying not long after in the waiting room because SEVERAL other older male workers gave me creepy looks as well. for context, i am a 20 year old woman wearing a large sweatshirt and regular shorts, nothing out of the ordinary. Around 12:45, i asked Larry how much longer it would be until my car was ready, and without even LOOKING at me when i was speaking, he says "yea im working on the estimate just hold on young lady." the only worker here who was kind was Tom, and he apologized for how long it took for them to change my oil. overall, the workers here talked down to me and said quite misogynistic things like, "you will notice the receipt is the pink one!", like i wouldn't recognize it if it wasn't pink. crazy! i will definitely not be returning.

Why don't they give out A negative star rating scale?!! Let's start from the beginning...(March 2020) Two months in after I bought my new car, 2020 Toyota Camry...I leave out to attempt to go to the store and my car would not start. A 2020 won't start! So I call the service dept and the level of level of compassion and concern was NOT there. It took them nearly an hour to get to me considering I live SEVEN MINUTES from the dealership. The two workers that arrived stated they had put in the wrong address after I had already given it to them initially. When they arrived, there were no pleasantries from the female staff only but constant questions asking as if we had left the lights on. My husband and I felt as if we were being accused of this. So they jumped the car off with cables and followed us to the grocery store. I turned the car off and on while they waited until it crunk up. Then they left. The next morning, IT DID NOT START. I have to be at work at 5am so I was late. I had to UBER. I had to call the dealership at 8 when they opened to explain what happened and find out when they could come look at my car. My husband was inconvenienced as he missed work for the day!! When I got off, they shuttled me to the dealer and I was told by the SAME female advisor, Britney, when I asked why did this happen), "well its man-made, that why you have the warranty." I was pissed. So a week later, I go out to leave for the store and it does NOT START AGAIN!! I called and initially spoke to Cliff, who doesn't apologize, but transferred me to my female advisor, the same "female advisor", Britney, communicates she will give me a loaner until they can figure out the problem. When she came to my house, she did not apologize or nothing NOR DID SHE ON THE PHONE. This was the DAMN ICING on the cake. If I could refund this car, I WOULD. I feel like the way she questioned me this time and the last time was as if it was my fault. My husband agrees. And to make things worse, I remember when I picked up my cars that I purchased from them in the past, usually the service department would give the car a courtesy wash, nope, I remember picking up my same dirty "pollen ridden" vehicle. I give Toyota a -5 at this point. The only constant in the situation was my salesman, Michael Reid, he knows and understood that I have a very driven an assertive personality. He was the only salesman that I dealt with with all my purchases there. He diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and had gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Previous sales reps I have purchased from in the past cannot hold a candle to a salesman like Michael. He thrives on treating you like a person and not a number. Which brings me to today... 2/4/22 My husband took my car in early to get the state inspection completed by the service person Robert. My husband was there for nearly 2 hours. I was on the phone with my husband and inquired what was taking so long. He stated that he was not sure as it didn't appear busy. I then informed my husband that I received a text that the car was ready so he could check on it. I communicated to him that I had texted Robert through to the number associated with the automated system that dealership uses when you drop off your car while waiting but received no response. My husband told me that he saw our car pulled up on the side, (generally when we see our car parked a certain way indicates that it's ready). He goes out while I'm still on the phone, and asked another staff member about our vehicle. After much run around, Robert finally shows up and tells my husband that we were scheduled for an oil change and that we didn't need one but we needed windshield wipers and a wheel alignment. My husband explained that it was all fine and well, however our appointment was for a state inspection. Robert didn't seem to understand and I was speaker when I spoke directly to Robert. I identified who I was and told him that I confirmed my appointment twice
