I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and have experienced many different shops in the area. I would say I love my nail tech, Christy at Triad Day Spa. She is very friendly, professional, clean, and is a beast with her nail art and shaping. I couldn't be more happy to be with Christy!!
Requested style: I come in with a picture every time and my tech nails it 10/10!

I come here a lot for pedis mostly but they always do a great job on my nails too. They have an ok selection of colors but it's getting better (I like Shimmer colors). They are always very friendly. Lots of parking and they accept walk ins.
Thao (I think is her name) does a great pedicure. This is the only nail salon I go to willingly.

I must say my pedicure and nails was done excellent but the price for my nails was made up because they had no price list and as per the woman at the desk they had to call management to get the prices, well they charged more for different lengths. I've been getting my nails done over 35 years and in different states and I never heard that before. As I told them I believe they were bullshiting me. That's bad business if I'm right. I will not be back, have a wonderful day.

Favorite nail salon in the Triad. They do their best to accommodate me-whether it’s packed or if I have a crazy Pinterest ideas. It’s clean and the way they remove nails is it how it should be- painless and gentle!
Requested style: Ruby is my go to girl! She is the best!! Nail art is her specialty.

I was one of the first people to enter the salon when it opened. I went for a manicure and pedicure. As usual, they place me for my pedicure first and it went well. The salon was getting crowded, but I wasn’t worried because I was sure they would finish with my job before too long. The young lady who did my pedicure was unable to do my manicure. So I sat and waited with acetone, soaking on my fingers. I kept noticing how Crowded the salon became as they continued to place people in chairs and feet in water without servicing them. After about an hour, I took the acetone wraps off my hands and proceeded to the door. The guy in the shop then told me they had no one there that was able to do the procedure. I asked why did they not tell me this in the beginning. That made a difference in what I would have gotten. I did not like how the salon kept placing people in spaces, assuming that they would not leave. They did not have enough help and they didn’t manage to help that they had.

Edit: So I recently had a manicure/pedicure again, and I absolutely love it. I feel like a walking work of art. I would like to share more pictures, and I am very very happy. You have a talented staff. Kelly and Jack are the BEST, I highly recommend this place. Thanks again. I’ll see you guys soon!

I experienced one of the most relaxing and caring pedicures I’d had in years. I cannot remember the beautiful technician name but she is a beautiful woman with such a caring spirit ???♥️
Requested style: I requested a French manicure & pedicure. I choose bubble gum SNS w white tips. Don (nail tech) opted to use both gel & SnS to create my look. Both nail techs created my look from a photo I showed them. I am so pleased…I loved my experience.
