I have just recently moved into the area, and have made multiple donations to this goodwill. I stopped just to browse today and had my puppy, and I was informed that he was not a service animal and was not allowed in the store. The last donation will ever get out of me, never shop there again. i'm only giving one star and they do not deserve that.

Samet Dr. used to be THE go to for local Goodwills. Since Goodwill started putting items aside to sell on their online site, the quality that's put on the floor is lackluster at best. Not sure if it's just a North Carolina Goodwill thing or what but they'll not see much of my business any more. Also, as a side note, in the past we would always 'round up' .....now I don't see a reason to do so.

person taking donations at the Samet Drive store in High Point NC was extremely rude. I decided to take my donation elsewhere. I will not take donations nor buy from this store again. I've been treated better at the DMV!

I don't know why I ever stopped shopping here in my 20's. I will go here first and almost always find something. Reduce and reuse and save! I always find a treasure or two or three...or more. It is crazy to me what people get rid of sometimes. Really good vintage finds the past few weeks. And vintage is baaaack baby! Kids shoes brand new with tags the other day. Just wish they did discount days- hope that will be a thing soon. A full patio set for $10-$30 a piece. Housewares galore.

I came to donate about 10 brand new shirts and a few bags of other clothes that were in mint condition. The donation attendant at the store was very belligerent only because I placed the donation bags on the sidewalk next to the dock door to wait to receive a donation receipt. She yelled at me to not “leave the bags like that and just leave!” I was standing next to the bags and out of my car, explaining that I had no intention of leaving; rather, I was simply attempting to help expedite the process as there were other donators waiting in line. I promptly placed my donation bags back in my car and donated them to another charity that was very happy to receive them. I WILL NOT DONATE TO NOR SHOP AT GOODWILL GOING FORWARD. —Lewis Wheless, High Point, NC.

Very nice store, well organized and things were very neat and tidy. The store itself is a good size and very clean. The only thing was like everything else prices have gone up. 8.99 for a shirt is a little steep even for Goodwill. At least most of the clothes were looking good, not spotty or smelling funky, or having holes in them. It looks they are picky about what they take in. I'll definitely go back to this location.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Apparently this location of Goodwill only wants new or unopened items, and doesn’t want gently used items to be given as donations. Several clean and gently used items that we had for donation were scrutinized and declined by a young man who was rude, verbally combative, and treated us as if we were a bother for him. Rather than wait while all potentially donated items were examined, we left and took the remainder of our items with us. I will be mindful of this experience and instead give my future donations to The Salvation Army.

To high & the girl today was trying to ring up everything $2.99. Even though most my stuff was toddler. Even rang the children boxers up for $.99 which is $.49. Get more price signs up & stop over charging. Walmart children shirts are $3.88. And the goodwill charged me $2.99. Rip off.

As with many thrift stores, it's always hit or miss but this store has an amazing selection of items and the prices are great! Their home goods section is huge! I got a mid century modern desk for $20 and it was an absolute steal! For clothing, they have standard prices so all dresses, shirts, shoes, etc are the same price. They do a great job in terms of not over pricing items and their staff is an absolute pleasure. Don't sleep on the new racks and carts as they usually have some gems hidden in them.

Attempting to donate & was told by Your staff to drop items off BESIDE THE ROAD, ACROSS THE STREET (NOT YOUR PROPERTY )!!! I Didn't because There is NO place to pull over !! Stopping and Unloading donations in a TRAVEL lane is Dangerous & unattended donated items blowing into traffic is Hazardous to other motorists and their families !!! Here's an idea - IF YOU CAN'T ACCEPT DONATIONS AFTER 4:00 P.M. PUT OUT AN AFTER HOURS COLLECTION BOX!!!!!!You might want to reconsider how you run things around there .
