They charge $3.00 to print a pre-paid return label plus 0.25 cents each for additional pages. Shouldn't cost this much to print a piece of paper.

The associates were very friendly and helpful! It was super easy, I am older and things usually aren’t easy in today’s technology but Scott made it easy for me. I wish I got this kind of professionalism everywhere!!

I visited 7/5/25. Employee Connor is one of the blatantly rudest service employees I’ve ever encountered. Beyond his general demeanor of clearly not wanting to be there, he took it up a notch by being incredibly unhelpful, barely speaking, making his annoyance known by his short tone and eye rolls and, best of all, the audible exasperated sighs. Through it all, I remained polite although it was difficult. This was all due to Amazon supposedly sending me two matching return codes for different returns. I left the returns but it appears that I’m going to have to take the time to sort this out with Amazon. I would hate to see how he treats anyone that might struggle with these types of things (elderly, mentally disabled, etc). I’ve worked extensively in the service industry and know just how difficult people can be, but there was absolutely no reason for him to have behaved that way. I’m sorry if he was having a bad day, but perhaps Connor should consider a career that doesn’t put him before the public.

Today, I visited the UPS store to return a package. It was in a clear bag that had been sent to me and was already taped up. For years, I’ve been returning packages to the same UPS store in the same manner, and they’ve always accepted them. However, today, the employee informed me that I had to purchase a box to return it. This was surprising, especially since the non-black woman in front of me had a package that was similar to mine. The employee took it, neatly placed it inside another clear bag, and applied the return label. Only difference is our skin color!

Piss poor customer service. I booked and paid for an appointment online for ink fingerprinting. After booking I called the store several times to confirm that the service was actually available, but no one answered. I arrived today only to be told that they don't do ink fingerprinting. When I asked why they weren't answering the phone on the weekends, the female said she was in the store alone, which makes zero sense. Both employees started to play the blame game by throwing other employees under the bus, when in reality they're generally terrible at their roles. Please pick another location. You'll need therapy after speaking to these two paper weights.

I never have issues with the staff or taking care of the business that I need to take care of. They have always been friendly and they work quickly.

Vanessa one of the store managers just help others non color with no problem and when it’s my turn she gave me a hard time and then told me she would charge me for taping up a box. However the other person who she Hillary for to come assist me came and taped up the box and did what I asked with no problem. She constantly rolled her eyes at me and gave me an attitude for no reason. The only difference from me and the person before me was skin color so either she was having a bad day when it came to me or she don’t like me… I really don’t know. She treated everyone else kind and respectful

These people are thieves!! They wanted to charge me $21.00 for a single medium box. Is there anybody dumb enough to pay $21.00 for one box? Stay away from this place.
