A few years ago when I was a teen I had a phone delivered here and they allowed someone that I didn’t even know til this day take it. Right now I currently get my mail sent here and when I tell you that I’m still going through the same problems ie: they allowed someone to pickup my mail without my consent and they also sent back to the sender an important piece of mail that I had been waiting on smh. This place is pure TRASH!

This review is for the passport section. I was unaware that you need an appointment to get a passport so when i got there the gentleman was very helpful helping me with my first time passport because the people in front of me didn't have a birth certificate and had to leave. Everything was going well until this lady came in and said to him we don't do walk-ins. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional to speak to him in front of a customer like that. That's something you should call them to the side to say but i gave them 2 stars because the gentleman was so helpful and patient. Totally unnecessary!!

On Jamestown postal office is 100% way better and excellent customer service.

As of May 5, they still aren’t taking walk in appointments for a passport as the government website states. There are no signs of such at all. Pedro said it was that they are understaffed and don’t do it at this location

I shipped a live animal on Wednesday, March 19th. It was a hen that was to be showed in the fair this weekend in Georgia.... I paid $150 for next day's shipping as I always do when I ship birds.... As of today Friday March 21st the bird is still sitting in the office and whenever I call a lady named Denise answers the phone, she's hollering her phone telling me that she's not going to deal with it. The package is left their facility and that's all she can tell me and then hung up the phone... I called yesterday trying to find out where it was at because it was supposed to be delivered March 20th by 6:00 p.m. in Morrow, Georgia... I called and talked to a lady that answered the phone. She was very rude. Took her forever. I was on hold for 5 minutes for her to get to whatever screen she was getting to which was fine. I'm trying to figure out where this bird's at... And when she gets on the phone she hollers at me and tells me it's my fault for the way that I shipped it. But the people in the post office shipped it and come to find out it was misread. They thought that I was the one receiving the shipment and it went from Wahlberg to Greensboro to High Point to where she's sitting in the High Point office for 2 days... Luckily I fed her and she had two apples in her box as of 1218 is the time today March 21st. She is still sitting in this post office and the lady hangs up the phone and I have been on every phone number that I can contact with the department of customer affairs. Trying to figure out what is going on with this package because they told me it was going to be delivered today by 6:00 and it's still sitting in the same office.... This is not the first time, not the second, not the 3rd. Sadly to say this is the fifth time that I have tried and tried to be nice and this time I am leaving a review. This place is disgraceful and these people do not deserve to be in customer service ever

Very rude, older black woman. Not ahello, thank you, or goodbye. Her attitude was as bad as that old wig on her head! Very cordial Hispanic man working the other window.
