Worst post office in the whole town. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Whoever is the manager needs to do a better job with providing good service to the community. I received damage mail and they didn’t do anything and acted like they don’t care.

I've only lived here less than a year but these guys have been truly amazing. I regularly order things from over seas where they always seem to get the address mixed up or are missing parts that are needed to be delivered and this post office has gone above and beyond to track down my package and deliver it. One lady actually delivered a package to me personally on President's Day! (a federal Holiday for them). They are such a pleasure to talk to on the phone as well and get back to you in a quick and timely manner. Simply the best

Lady at the desk was so rude. All I asked her to do was print my pre-paid return label for me so I could stick it on my box and she wouldn't do it. Said it was against their 'policy'. She said I would have to buy a $3.99 roll of clear tape and tape it on myself. Its no wonder the Post Office is bankrupt. Compare this return experience to the UPS store where all you have to do is show them a QR code and they do the rest.

The Lady was very rude to me this is my first time using USPS I think she was probably having a bad day but don’t take it out on ur costumers I already was pissed about my package being In transit for days she literally answered the phone and didn’t say anything then she finally responded with a attitude. And then putting the address wrong on my stuff now I gotta go knock on the Neighbors door .

I had my passport this morning at 9am. The agent Ms. Anita, was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. I am grateful for her customer service. If others, just took the time, making sure they have all of their documents, the process isn't hard at all. That is why, I don't give much count, on those who leave negative reviews, when it is their own fault! Great job, Ms. Anita!

I would give 0 stars if I could. I made a passport application here. When I arrived I was informed that the person who does the appointments was not in. I had made the appointment one month before. They told me they had called to confirm but I did not receive any calls and when I told them such the two girls at the front desk accused me of lying. When asked what time they called they stated they called the day before and then switched and said they had called me the morning of. Why would you call me the morning of my appointment I made one month ago to cancel it? When I looked in my phone records I had no calls from them although they stated i answered the phone but the women could not even give me the name of the person she had supposedly spoke to just that morning. She then said "Well I called you, who's answering your phone?" Their customer service is horrendous. And to top it off they had an attitude when I asked to reschedule due to their negligence. I missed the new appointment because again, they did not call me. The two girls at the desk would rather be rude and accuse me of lying instead of owning up to their mistake of forgetting to call me. I understand having a bad day but you do not need to project that onto the customers.

My mail keeps getting returned to sending because High Point postal services can’t get their stuff together! I’ve missed out on so much important information. It’s crazy. I called to get an answer and still haven’t gotten a response like they said they would.

I see that some people had a bad experience. But I just called the post office about a package issue and the lady was completely delightful - kind - helpful - concerned about my issue - and got my number to check on my situation and call me right back. Service was exceptional.
