Mike Edwards was amazing I found my car on Carfax messaged him he replied and went down next day he had it ready for me to review and drive.. he was very professional and helped us all the way through the sale I highly recommend him I give him 5 stars A+ for his help, professional salesmanship and knowledge of the vehicle.. GREAT JOB MIKE !!!! We will come back again if we ever need another vehicle

Overall wonderful experience and I am super happy with my SUV!David French was amazing. He was super knowledgeable, honest, upfront about pricing, and kind. So glad I stumbled upon him when I first entered, because he was able to help not only with my trade and purchase, but also knew all about the car I bought. He was able to walk me through how to use it before I even left the lot and followed up to make sure I didn't have any questions. Its rare that you can feel like you can trust a salesperson, but I definitely trusted David's advice and will recommend him to others.Also, Kenny in finance was great too! He was super helpful, time efficient, and knowledgeable.

I live 4.5 hours from this dealership. Tyrone was my sales rep. He made the whole process so easy. The truck was ready at 9:00 am the next day, just like he said. He called the next day to check on how everything was going with the truck. I would recommend him definitely

Check in was quick and getting a ride only took a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and professional. It only took 2 hours to get my car serviced even though they were extremely busy. Great job by your team and we will be back for further services as needed.

By far the greatest buying experience in my 40+ years of purchasing vehicles. My wife and I found a vehicle that we liked and everything was handled over the phone and via E-mail. When we arrived at the dealership to take delivery the vehicle was there waiting for us to see. We dealt with Gauge as our salesperson, Joseph the general manager, and Kenny to handle the paperwork. No gimmicks, games, or pushy add-ons. Just a professional transaction and the most friendly folks in the world. Other dealers could learn a thing or two from this dealership. We will be recommending Vann York to all our friends and family from now on!

I was charged $200 to inspect my brakes, without any type of work completed. Also for tire rotation, oil change, and cabin filter was over $300. I normally go to the Dealership in Asheboro and the cost has never been that much for simple oil change, cabin filter, and tire rotation. After speaking with the service manager, I have been credited the $200 and taxes back, and was told, "Good thing you caught it before you left". Why should I be the one to catch the mistake, and what dealership thinks it is okay to charge, $200 for a safety inspection item?9/19/23, I have been contacted by serveral members of your service department team. Thank you for the additional information and clairfication on the break matter and steps to resolve the issue.

Awesome down home customer service!! I called this dealer on a Friday at 6:50 pm , 10 minutes before closing and Mr. Tyrone answered and took the time to discuss the vehicle I was inquiring on. We setup a meeting for the next mornin and he was there and on time! He answered all questions promptly and sold us the vehicle. His honesty and excellence attitude is rare anymore in this world! Also Mr. Kenny in finance was extremely friendly and that process was seamless as well. You have two awesome employees that we meet and are thankful to have meet them! Absolutely an awesome experience!!!!!

Overall experience was ok. I think I got a decent price but not a great price. There were a few issues. It took a 1.5 hour wait to see finance to finalize the purchase. There is a dent in the hood I found that needs to be fixed. I’m surprised it wasn’t caught by the dealer. The dealer is saying they can fix it but I live an hour away and it’s very inconvenient to come to the dealer. I ordered the truck and it took 2 months before the order was received by GM based on the paperwork. Overall I’ve heard good things about Vann York and my issues seem less common.

I had an appointment and first thing I was told once I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation was, be patient. We have alot of people here. I didnt think it was a big deal because I had made an appointment and was waiting for my truck to get done. 1hr 49min later I was told my truck was done. Too long to wait.
