Bought a used Nissan at Statesville Nissan. Was talk into what we were told was the best Nissan extended warranty we could buy. Warranty through "Nissan". Not a secondary company. Was told anywhere in the United States. We could stop at any Nissan dealership and they would take care of us. Our Nissan Kicks kept going into limp mode. Took to Van York Nissan. First was told they had no cars for us to drive while they did the repairs. Which is covered under their "Nissan" warranty. Fine we will make due! Was then told we will call you back this afternoon. No call. Two days later I called. Ohhh waiting on a part. Will fix tomorrow. Two days later come get car. Wife picks car up and drove 2 miles to grocery store. Got groceries and as she was leaving car went into limp mode again. Drove back to Van York. Ohh well we still don't have a car for you to drive. I called said this is ridiculous she needs a car. Was then told "WELL ITS NOT LIKE YOU BOUGHT IT FROM US" So they sell this $3000+ Nissan Warranty bumper to bumper with road side assistance and say your covered and will be treated like a King/Queen at any dealership in the country. Well that's not so at Van York. Told my wife we will call you later today. No call. Two days later wife called. We will call you back in 20 minutes. No call. A day later come get your car. So today my wife picked up her car. Gets a mile down the road and her tire is completely flat. Called dealership (Dylan). He say well call your Nissan road side assistance to help. Which definitely not AAA Service. Jack leg in a beat up car looking like cousin Eddie shows up. Then said well your covered but what about my tip. WOW Come to find out a 4inch deep cut through the center of our brand new tire we just had put on the car. The Nissan Warranty they push sucks. Van York Auto Sucks.

My son and his fiancé took her vehicle to Vann York Nissan to have the transmission looked at mid-April. They had a lady Leslie Smith that was helping them out on it. They kept in for about a week or two and told them it was ready to go, when they went to get the SUV, they were charged $1887.78 before they even got out of the parking lot the engine light came on, they didn't do anything to the transmission, they did the intake boots and throttle body, intake manifold and gasket. Again, nothing with the transmission, the SUV was running fine before they took it to them, no problems. Now I know that high dollar machine that the dealership has can tell more than our code reader does. They must not have put this one on the machine.Everything on the paperwork about the car was correct and my son's name was correct, but the address was not even nowhere near his address. So that is another screw up. They turned the SUV around and took it back and parked it. They told them that Leslie was out on vacation and that Brandon Berrier the Service Manager took over the repairs since she was on vacation, and Nathan the service tech did the repairs. They told them that they didn't know what was wrong with it and that they would be contacting the corporate office to see if they had any ideas of what it could be. They have had it for the second time for a month and this whole time they have not done anything at all they even claim they are still trying to contact the corporate office to see what they think. Keep in mind they are still tell them that Leslie is on vacation. Now they went back to get the SUV , the SUV would not start, and all of a sudden, they are telling them the transmission has gone out on it. My question is if you haven't touched the vehicle in over a month how do you know what is wrong with it? Leslie Smith was back, and they found out that she wasn't on vacation, it sounds like she quit and then came back from the conversation. She also stated that since she had gotten back, they had had 3 other people to bring back their vehicles that day because they were not fixed like they were supposed to be. Brandon and Nathan is now saying that it needed a transmission all along, now if you have been paying attention to what I put on this email, they supposedly was contacting the corporate headquarters to see what they thought was wrong with it, and on top of that didn't even do anything or say anything about the transmission be bad the first time or second time. They couldn't pick up the SUV because the battery was dead (it had a new battery in it when they took it up there to be fixed) so which really tells me they haven't touched it the whole month or more that they have had it. Leslie told them that she was going to talk to her boss Cory Thomas (General Manager for Vann York) and see if she could get their $1887.78 refunded since they replaced something that may not have even needed it and did nothing for the problem that the vehicle was brought to them for. They quoted him another amount for the transmission of over $6200.00 and told him he had to pay $4000.00 up front. Now let's go to last week, my husband and my son's fiancé went back and was just going to pick it up and bring it home. They were told again by Leslie that she was still trying to get their money back, and she was going to try to give them a car loaner , but with everything going on they were afraid they would be charged for it, so they declined. Brandon and Nathan came out and talked to them without Leslie and my husband said that you could tell they were nervous (shaking) and appeared not to be telling the truth, they told them the transmission was out all along. Again, why would you do all this work (if they even did it) to a vehicle that you knew their owner may not want done due to the transmission (if it is bad)???? My husband told him to get a quote on a new transmission and a used transmission and they would be back later to get it. Leslie says that she is still trying to get them a full refund . And t

Monchalily Wall, Joseph Rodriguez, and Eric were the best team I've ever worked with at any car dealership. I usually feel pressured or completely stress whenever I visit a dealership, but the people at Vann York Nissan are just awesome. I love my car. I love the decision my husband and I made. I can't tell them \\\"thank you\\\" enough.

I had a great experience at this dealership when I was experiencing car trouble traveling through High Point on a cross-country road trip from Montana. Taniqua very kindly and quickly fit us in for a diagnosis within an hour of calling. She also told me that my car had an active recall on a part and they’d go ahead and add that to the docket for me that day. Leslie greeted us after hearing about our situation and said she’d do her very best to get us answers and fixed up and ready to go before she left the office that day. Jack, who performed the diagnosis, came into the lobby a little while later to ask some clarifying questions and explain what he’d found. The team was welcoming, respectful, and incredibly helpful during a stressful time and they got us back on the road within a couple of hours! A salesman named Robert even showed us some cars in the parking lot while we waited. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to receive this type of service when having car trouble over 2,000 miles from home. Thank you to Taniqua, Leslie, Jack, Robert, and the rest of the team over at Vann York Nissan. I will never forget your kindness!!

I went in for a recall and expected to be camped out for a while. They got me in and out in an hour. I came down from Greensboro because Crown Nissan couldn’t be bothered to return my call. Everyone at Vann York was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely come back for my dealer service needs.

Vann York is the very best dealership. After many regretful experiences at a Winston Salem dealership, I tried this High Point location. I was so pleased with the friendly and prompt attention from the very start. I chose to wait for the repair then enjoyed the spacious and comfortable lounge/waiting area. With a timely text message, I was notified of the repair completion. Dylan, the Service Advisor, provided a concise explanation of work and explained potential services that will require later attention. No pressure to have these done then, simply information for the future . Extra nice experience and showed me the professional integrity present there. The short drive from WS to High Point resulted in the best possible Nissan auto service experience. Thanks to them.

It was a very good experience. The salesman Cam was super accommodating. He made us feel very welcome and did a awesome job with every detail of our sale. Special thanks to Chris in Finance also for doing an excellent job with helping us through all the paperwork for Financing. He took extra time to answer all our questions and didn't rush us through the process. The gentleman that put our deal together was super nice and kept us well informed up front. We were pleased with everything. Great team!!

My experience was pretty good. I have no major complaints but a couple small ones. When booking service online there should be an option to say I want to wait for my car. Also if a dealership says they are going to call me when the work is complete I really don't like to have to call only to find out the work was complete and nobody called me. Otherwise everything was fine.

This service center had some questionable reviews, but I decided to go ahead and take my vehicle there to see for myself. Those reviews are false based off my visit. Everyone was so nice to me from the minute I walked in. Even after declining to have the service done that day everyone was still so kind. I was called “Ms. Hendricks” and was recognized later in the day when I returned to get my vehicle. When I was called to be told what was wrong it was explained to me in a way I could understand without any type of tone or irritation. On top of all that, I could tell these guys were SWAMPED (especially the front desk) and that did not hinder their customer service one bit. The folks at the front had 100 things going on and still looked me in my eyes and didn’t make me feel rushed. I will 100% be back for the service and will recommend this center to anyone.

I have been going to this dealer for several years. I had an appointment this morning for a oil change and inspection. I asked the service advisor how much will my oil change be he stated around $70 i said no i have never paid $70 for a simple oil change he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care i told him please cancel my appointment he said ok and have a nice day! I'm having a better day because i went somewhere else! The cost is $44 plus taxes for my oil change and tire rotation thank you to the RUDE SERVICE ADVISOR AT NISSAN IN HIGH POINT ON SOUTH MAIN STREET!

Cam was absolutely amazing! He literally went out of his way to do what he could to make my purchase as easy as possible. Eric and Ron were fantastic too! I would highly recommend coming to see these guys if you need to buy a car. I’m definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

I’ve had this vehicle for four months. I literally bought the car on March 4, 2022 in my first oil change was so detrimental. I could not call and get anyone on the phone to schedule me for an oil change. This is my first dealership vehicle, so I wanted to do things the right way, instead of going to a secondhand mechanic, or an external company to perform the oil change on my vehicle. I wanted to place my trust in them, but obviously that small expectation could not have been met Here I am today with a battery issue. Three other technicians outside of the company has informed me that my battery is faulty and receiving some type of issue. I informed them that I have a two-year battery warranty replacement and I would not feel comfortable having to purchase a new one with this being so recent on this purchase , so with that being said, I am understanding that the company is understaffed. Some of the team is very helpful and wanting to get me the help that I need, but very limited on their resources which I completely understand. However, in my favor, I’m the one here stuck without a battery constantly late for work cannot turn off my vehicle in the daytime due to the scorching weather for us. I will not be able to start my car at all. Don’t even let me get on the gas prices, so those are the puzzle pieces that I can’t seem to put together to put together this crazy picture so there you have it. That’s my experience with Vann York Nissan.

The stars aligned perfectly for us on today. My wife and I were greeted by the front desk upon entry and Mr. Darrell Nicholson did a wonderful job of making us feel welcome, laying out the features, the price breakdown, and setting us up on a test drive for the Rogue SV we came in to see. Initially, we didn’t plan on buying same day but the environment was set, the deal was great, and the service was exceptional. Huge thank you to Mr. Nicholson and the Vann York Nissan team on guiding us through this purchase!
