Bryan the manager at front desk was extremely rude to me and my mom when I asked if he was this rude to all of his customers. He responded no just the ones that try to make me do something we don’t do. Mind you I had no clue of their policy until I was informed by him. He refused to speak with me and insisted on canceling my order despite me informing him that I did not want to do that. I just switched to Verizon yesterday and this appointment was to pick up my 3 devices. Bryan really gave me a negative outlook of the company and I’m truly regretting my decision.

Marie C. And Jacob are 2 young, hard working individuals I observed in the 30 minute wait I had at Verizon. I was first greeted by an older gentlemen, and he told me there would be about a 30 minute wait. What i observed in this wait was the 2 young people which names i mentioned in the beginning was doing exceptional work, the older black male seemed to be frustrated but that shouldn’t affect work as he is in customer service. I’m a tempered youngin myself so if I feel/sense tension i don’t want to deal with someone because we might go back and forth with heated words and it’s not worth it so i try and advoid those situations. Those 2 young ppl however deserve a raise, promotion and everything else they desire. Awesome fast/friendly service from them 2.

My wife ordered a new iPhone 15 online and had nothing but trouble when she activated it herself. We decided to go to the Verizon store in High Point for help. Brian the manager of this store was patient and spectacular. He was able to fix my wife’s phone problem and we are happy. I definitely recommend this store.

The team in this store is too tier. From the two lovely representatives Marie and Lindsey, to the manager Paula. Marie stayed on the phone for almost two hours trying to troubleshoot an issue T-Mobile created during my transfer of service, she remained cheerful and professional. No complaints here, y’all rock. Give them all raises.

Came in to trade in my old phones for credit towards my account. They said I was not on my own account and said I had to contact customer service. I went to a different store and did not have any issues and I was definitely on my own account. Does not even make sense.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. They even spend as much time helping customers that aren't in market for buying new device as those who are, very highly recommended. As well as nice clean friendly store
