Terrible customer service for Verizon Cell Phones, do not go there, the Verizon Corporate Store on North Main Street, High Point, NC 27262 is much better, and they pay great attention to Verizon Customer Service, not cellular sales, all they want to do is sell you overpriced Cell Phone cases $39.99 and a 5G Pure Clear plastic glass cover for $39.99.

Riana is an unprofessional liar. Claimed she was sick and not in the office, yet when we came to the store to check a different issue, there she was sitting in her desk. Very unprofessional behavior, you can simply say you are busy with a customer, or better yet, don’t even respond lady! This isn’t high school.

They were very slow in service, not able to respond to a single query of a new wireless connection, that i can check from their website within one minute.
Will not visit again, don't have any problem with telecom service but staff is not knowledgeable enough.

Have been in store several times, we are told that certain apps, charges have been removed. Unfortunately nothing ever happens. Never see the same representatives in store.
Will be leaving Verizon ASAP. They are Scammers!

Initially I had a pretty good experience until I recognized that the gentleman who sold me my phone left it open to go through my phone. I noticed that I was still signed in to my old device 1-2 days afterwards and contacted the salesman. He blew it off but had gone into my trade in device and also used my Starz password. This is sad because this gentleman told me he was former military. You just can’t trust people these days and I will never trade in another device.

I came in about a week ago to discuss switching my plan and was greeted by Rania opening up the door for me! She sat me down and asked me questions that I didn’t even consider before and made sure I would have everything I could possibly need. I told her I needed some time to think and she kindly put her number in my phone and called me later on in the week just to check in! Now that’s an organized woman! I will be coming to her for everything now she’s so professional, and helpful! Definitely deserves a raise.

I came in having some issues with my plan and Rania was a wonderful help! I tried calling customer service and even had a few other encounters with other Verizon employees and no one could help me until I met with Rania. She’s super nice and attentive and eager to help with anything you need. Went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. I always go to her for help now and recommend her to anyone I know with Verizon.

Both my wife and I have been to this store several times. Your agent, Liam Mowers, is TOTALLY AWESOME !!! We live in High point and have had terrible customer service at the verizon location on N.Main. This location is like heaven. Liam is the total package of extraordinary Customer service. He is both super knowledgeable, friendly, quick with a smile & puts you totally at ease in the IT world of cellphones. He is excellent with quick workflow skills while having very good patience with us trying to understand. My husband is HOHearing, he addressed this issue and tailored service for him. I am very IT impaired but he was easy to follow with explanations of multiple phone changes. Keep this gentleman and your customers will enjoy great customer service, return to the store, & increase customer base. WE LOVE LIAM !

I went in to trade in my iPhone 11 Pro Max to get an iPhone 15 pro max and Ryan made the process super fast and smooth. There was no upgrading my plan no extra add ons. The whole experience was awesome. Thanks Ryan.

Matthew went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service, even staying after his shift ended to ensure that my needs were addressed. Matthew and Liam collaborated and came up with solutions that encompassed my best interests, solely, as they wanted to ensure I was happy with my decision and not locked into something for 36 months that I may regret down the road. I have yet to encounter customer service of this magnitude from a cellular service provider and would recommend that if you are in the market for an upgrade, a new device, or even just a new accessory, that you visit Matthew and Liam and allow them to take care of you. It was a very comfortable experience and was more comparable to shopping with a friend who has your best interests at heart rather than a salesperson. Thank you again, Matthew and Liam for all of your help, it was much appreciated!!

I had a really good experience at this specific Verizon. I wanted the new iPhone15pro max and I was prepared to be turn away like the Verizon on Westover did me but they helped me so much! Justin Moore has such a bright energy as soon as you enter the store he’s easing any worries about the process. He’s very polite and greets you when you first walk in. Getting a new phone can be stressful. Liam Mowers was very informative and educational. You can really tell he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand your plan and the procedure of getting a new phone and the latest deals. And Mo Grays is the reason I was able to get a new phone in under an hour! Like usually I’m there for hours but he really helped get the job done quick and efficiently. These guys are amazing. A great team that flows well together. They really know how to work the floor. Give them a raise! Once again thank you guys so much. Really great and quick experience. Proud Customer. The perfect people to represent Verizon. That’s how you do it!
