The reason for the Five Star Review is the associate "Devin". He was awesome. I came with an issue with my wife's phone, and definitely not in any mood to deal with a long drawn out "fix". I explained my issue ... Devin knew EXACTLY how to fix it, and was super friendly and professional, and I was on my way home in about 15 minutes. AWESOME Customer Service.

I went here because I had gotten a new phone and needed my content transferred. While the in person interaction was nice, they made me install an app that would transfer my data where I had to put in my card information. I was not comfortable with this but did it anyway, the app did not work in the store and I was sent on my way to do it at home. After attempting to use the app for 3 hours, I just used the My Verizon content transfer app and it worked like a charm. I ended up not being able to find customer service for the app to cancel my subscription so I called this store to see if they could help. Two salespeople had me install this app so I figured it was commonly used. The person I spoke with said they'd look into it and call me back but I never heard back from them. Thankfully I was able to cancel my subscription to the app after calling my bank. Overall disappointed that Verizon employees made me install a sketchy app instead of using the Verizon app originally. Additionally disappointed because I never got communication back after I called the store. If your employees make me install this app, make sure they're familiar with how to cancel the subscription. Or better yet, just use the My Verizon Content Transfer App.

The most remarkable experience I've ever had with transferring services and securing an exceptional promotion was when I had the pleasure of working with Mike. Mike is truly an outstanding individual, and his personable nature made the entire process a delight. I can confidently say that Mike provided the best customer service I've ever encountered.Not only is Mike incredibly knowledgeable about the services he offers, but he also goes above and beyond to provide invaluable advice. His expertise and willingness to guide me through the process made all the difference. Mike is a true gem in the world of customer service, and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome of our interaction.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. The associates were friendly and I was promptly assisted by Chris Jacky. He throughly addressed all my questions, provided helpful advice regarding my product choices and most of all, patient throughout the entire process.

Had such a great experience here. Normally I walk into a cell phone store and I’m waiting for hours but Mike had me in and out in under 30 min and got my new cell phone on the spot and in the color I wanted!!! He was honest and upfront about all costs. Go see Mike he knows what he’s doing

Mike Pirone was of great help with cancelling my deceased husband's line with great kindness. He also helped me get my new phone setup very quickly and with everything I needed. Mike has a wealth of knowledge and I wanted to thank him for everything he did for me today and with such grace!

I would give mike100 stars if I could. He was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I will always ask for him every time.I went to north main store yesterday and they said they couldn't help me. Today Mike did help me more then I thought was possible.

No one else was even in the store and I was made to feel that I was just a nusance. I was told that I needed to go back the store I bought my phone from.That store is 600 miles away in PA. They didn't offer any other info or give me any useful suggestions. I was told that if they did have what I needed at the store,then it would cost $50. Thanks to a relative, I was able to purchase what I needed from Amazon for less than $10 for a pack of TWO. Learn to treat people like you care, even if you obviously don't. It will help you business and you will feel better about yourself.

Buying two iPhones from Verizon online, delivered to two different states…and the phone numbers got switched. The High Point store was able to quickly fix the online error and get the phones working correctly. I spent 30 minutes with online support, Mike fixed the issue in 5 minutes!

Not sure what kind of scams are going on at the Verizon store located at Sutton way, I was told I would be given A credit for my trade in and that was never the case at first I was told Verizon dropped the ball then I was told wrong paperwork was submitted I personally feel something was done and my phone was kept but who knows 5 months later still no resolution. Sales rep is Zach form of contact was through text which he even blocked me due to me asking questions about why am I not being given the credit he told me I was going to get, Verizon can’t do much because this store is NOT! a Verizon hub store. I guess steal from the ppl it is. I do NOT!!! Recommend buying from this store at all.

I swung by this morning about 10 and was greeted immediately by Micah, I let him know I was there for an upgrade and there was a promotional email I wanted to discuss. He let me know my options and helped me make a good decision. It was a very quick process, he made sure everything synced and transferred from my old phone to new, threw on my case, got me a quick charge adapter and I was out. As a fellow salesman I appreciated his consideration of my needs, his honesty and how quick he got it all done. 5 stars all day

I went in to switch to Verizon and start my Business Account. They were extremely polite and helpful, the Store Manager himself did everything he could to make my experience switching to Verizon well worth it. I highly recommend switching to Verizon Wireless (Cellular Sales) for all your wireless needs, personal and business. Even when I had to make a change to my account and he had already left for the day he came back just to help. I drive 20-25 minutes from Thomasville just to come to this store...And a special thanks to Mike the Store Manager for all your help!!!

I came into this store earlier in the year and upgraded my phone as well as adding my mother to my plan. The process was super easy and the technician who helped me that day (unfortunately don't remember his name) was amazing and super helpful. Fast forward to today, I go in to inquire about lowering my bill as well as ordering a new watch. The technician, Chris, was awesome and super helpful. He answered every question I had (I ask alot of questions) calmly and gave good answers to any question I had. The store is super clean and every time I've gone in to the store I was always greeted with a smile and an offer of assistance! Great team at this store and there's a biscuitville across the street, what more could you want.

Mike Pirone is AWESOME! Always helpful and takes my calls. Always willing to go the extra mile. Seems like he is always working no matter what time of day I need help with something with our phones. Highly recommended and glad we have him as our contact with Verizon!!
