This is the WORST pharmacy in High Point. I am NEVER coming here again. I came from the doctor in pain to get my meds and they told me I would have to come back in an hour to get my meds because I could not jump the que of other people meds. Mind you I am the Only person in the store and they still did not help me. I had to get corporate and their manager involved to get my one prescription. My family has always had issues with this pharmacy, but not anymore. We are changing pharmacy as I am typing this review. Those people are not in it for the patients. I was standing there in pain and I told them I did not drive because of my condition l. They didn't care. I understand protocol but it is not human to help others anymore, especially without the attitude?

IF you need medicine DO NOT go here. The wait is extremely long to get anything that requires either a prescription or a medicine kept behind the counter. The clerk was in outer space. I told the clerk what I wanted and he asked for my birthdate (it was NOT a prescription) and said he didn't have a prescription for me and I said I had asked for something off the shelf behind him (NON-prescription but controlled). I gave the name of the medicine and he put what appeared to be the medicine in the bag (the bag is where you really can't see it). I got outside and discovered that he had given me the WRONG medicine. Went back in to exchange it and had to wait about 30 minutes before the line went down. The same clerk was so slow in doing things, that it seemed like he was either high or sick or just slow..... I will NOT return to this Walgreens.

Best dang Walgreens in the state! Always fast and friendly and I genuinely enjoy chatting with the employees, especially Vanessa and Vicky, those ladies are always a delight :)

The service for the store is total opposite from front to back. It's like a saloon in Texas in the 1880's. The bar is run with near perfection but the poker game "pharmacy" has horrible service. Every tech but one and he's alright. The two of pharmacist that I have dealt with have as much personality as an egg plant! And that's stretching it

You shouldn’t offer services you don’t have or staff there to executes. I was there and paul nor the young lady there could print documents. It’s frustrating when your website says one thing and I arrive and it’s not able to happen . Please train them to print

The lady working today was very helpful and extremely nice. She's definitely made up for how rotten my wife and I were treated the last time we went there. I would have given them a 5 star review based off of the last there today but I couldn't because of the 0 star treatment last time so it averages out. They are having an amazing deal on Squish mellows, and they usually always have a good sale going on there. Between this WG or the 24 hour one I prefer this one, and as long as Mig keeps working in the pharmacy at the 24 hour one we will keep continuing to go to the other WG. If you want to be treated less than a person go see Mig the night time pharmacist at the 24 WG.

Open late and saved me when I forgot my medicine at home. Staff was nice and helpful. Appeared clean and organized. Thanks for helping me.

Did not have the prescriptions ready after having them for 12 hours and got an attitude with me when I told them I couldn't come back in 2 hours because I live too far away. They then told me it would be 30 min. I went to my car for 15 and came back in an sat in the chairs for 30. Then when they call my name, the girl has an attitude telling me that they called me 10 minutes ago, when I had been sitting right in front of them for 30 min. I understand it can be a busy job.. but they were standing around talking about being bullied in school. I got to hear how one woman was bullied by the rich kids in Fair Grove forest and another got milk poured on her at school. And that was during the time they supposedly called my name for the prescription. Just not doing a good job today

Walgreens has so much stuff they carry just about anything that we need not just medical stuff and always customer service is great

The folks that work in the pharmacy are not friendly at all. When I call in to get prescriptions filled, they will tell me a time to pick them up. But when I go there they tell me to come back in an hour. And a few times they weren't even ready after that hour. Walgreens needs to invest in some customer service training for this particular store.

A old white lady works there don’t know how to bag right. She put stuff I brought in different bags even after I told her more than once to put everything in one bag and than double bag because I have to walk. She will not listen and so I in up caring everything in me hands because the bags break.

This Pharmacy is rude & the corporate 800 number is no better. They will end up closed soon & I pray that. We don't need dishonest & low class workers like they are & the reviews help prove that.

This Walgreens at this location is awful. The staff is rude and hateful. I recommend going to another Walgreens
