This location at 2019nmain in High Point needs to be visited by franchise owners. Very sloppy practices in place. Will not go back again for even a candy bar

A pharmacy with no medication. That’s what this place is, it is a waste of time to even attempt to send a prescription to this place. Everything is always out of stock.

Slowest drive thru I've ever experienced. Sat in line for close to an hour. What are they even doing in there?

24 hours pharmacy is a misnomer. Open maybe or when we can is the best way to describe the hours of operation. Third time here in 12 hours after the text that it was ready. Wish me luck

Pharmacy lady in the window was extremely rude and short. She doesn’t take being asked questions very well so she made me wait without any apologies or explanation. Date of visit 1/29/2025 10:24. Does anyone train their employees anymore on how to treat a customer?

Steer clear of this pharmacy…. They are disgraceful. I’ve had many negative experiences here:
They’ve given me medicine that was mixed improperly on multiple occasions since 2018. Sometimes it would feel gritty and sometimes it was smooth like a gel. Sometimes it was thick and sometimes it was thin and watery. It was always the same medicine, but it was never consistently reconstituted by the techs.
White guy with the frosted tips in his hair told me my medicine would be ready in 30 minutes. I pulled up to the drive thru 4 hours later and sat in line for 30 minutes. When I finally pull up to the window, their tech looked at me like I was an idiot and said it wouldn’t be refilled until the next day.
Rx’d 30 pills by my doctor and they only dispensed 9. When I called them the Asian tech had a condescending attitude and told me I’d have to bring back the bottle while she counted their inventory to confirm I was shorted 21 pills. They gave me my 21 pills when I arrived, but I never received any sort of apology for the inconvenience.
I’ve received pills that had been broken in half in my bottle. They were located close to the bottom, so I didn’t notice until I was already halfway thru the month. They were also “control meds”. Suspect that my rx had also been shorted by 2 or 3 pills before while getting my anxiety meds filled here, but can’t prove it.
Had a 15-20 day supply of medicine entered into their system as a 30 day supply by one of their technicians — so my insurance would not refill it when I ran out 17 days later. The Asian lady kept denying their blunder when I confronted them, but it had already been confirmed by another pharmacy as well as my insurance company, so I knew she was lying in an attempt to cover up their incompetence.
You have to go to the store in person to talk with an associate or to check on your prescription status, because they generally don’t acknowledge phone calls. They will leave you on hold for 45 minutes and then hang up on you.
The staff wouldn’t tell me their names, so I had to describe them by ethnicity in this review. I would recommend NO ONE use this pharmacy. Their staff are incredibly rude, and they demonstrate no professionalism whatsoever. Use them at your own risk.

This Walgreens location on N Main Street in High Point, NC, is absolutely unacceptable. This was my first attempt at getting my medication filled here, and it will certainly be my last. The medication is crucial to my health, yet the level of service I received was appalling.
After my physician submitted my prescription via e-fax, I contacted the pharmacy to ask when it would be ready. I was told the medication was on hold for someone else and to call back in 1.5 hours to see if it had been picked up. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I went to the store, where the front counter staff member, whose name I didn’t catch, informed me that my insurance information was pending. He seemed unsure about what was needed and mentioned they would submit something to the insurance—possibly a prior authorization. However, I know for a fact that pharmacies do not handle prior authorizations.
After leaving the store with no resolution, I called again but was placed on hold for over 30 minutes before the call was mysteriously disconnected. I returned to the location, only to find that no one had any answers. There was no apology for my experience, and the staff, including the pharmacist, seemed completely clueless.
The lack of professionalism and customer care at this Walgreens is shocking. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and competence, especially when it comes to their health. If you value your time and health, avoid this location at all costs. Go elsewhere for better service!

pharmacy workers are lazy. It's so frustrating because when you go to pick up your prescription at the counter, instead of coming to help you the just stare at you and continue in their convos. and EVERY SINGLE TIME i go to pick up a prescription it's not ready and I gotta wait 10+ minutes.

I was trying to see about my medicine and they picked up the phone and then hung up.unprofessional. If I could give a zero I would.
