I wish I would have checked the reviews on this pharmacy before moving my medications here. I have always used cvs. In my whole life they have messed up one time. I bet over 50% of my prescriptions here get messed up. I show up hours after they are called in or the next day and they are out of stock. I come back the next day. They don’t have them. I come back a third time and I can get them. This week, my medicine was called in on Friday. I come in on Sunday and only two of three and they said nope we only have two. I call on Wednesday they said it’s stored in my profile and they’re sorry. It’ll be ready in two hours. I come 24 hours later and they are about to close for lunch and didn’t do what they said they would do on Wednesday so I have to go a 3rd time AGAIN!!!!! And they don’t care that I wasted my lunch break going up there. I guess you can get a job at Walgreens as long as you know how to breathe and speak. What a failure of a company!!!!!!

I see why this store is a 2 star rating, you get bad looks from employees that think there so important when a customer is just looking at the discounted items.
Walgreens just like your pharmacy there's a reason I rarely shop here anymore, too many judgemental employees give you bad looks and are very rude.
The upfront employee working the register very nice to everyone.

Very unprofessional. The employees handed me wrong medication and didn’t even give refund cause it was already opened. Make it make sense. You were the one who handed me wrong medicine at the first place? 1/10. I won’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

I purchased this and even ask the employee (the tall guy with curly hair) multiple times if it was the same as the previous brand I bought before, he said its same and will work, he even ask another doctor and he said it will work with the machine to test sugar. But however when I come back home, it didn’t fit in the machine and I went back to Walgreens and told them about it. They said since it was already open, they couldn’t refund it. It wasn’t even my fault, I did ask the employee multiple times and they gave me the wrong one, and they wouldn’t even give refund, I can’t even use it anymore cause it simply won’t fit.

I tried to get though to the pharmacy 3 times to call in a prescription for a patient. They picked up the phone and automatically put me on hold 3 times without even speaking to me. I gave up.

Just had major surgery and catching. Complete unprofessional hell from the workers at the store. I pre paid for my GAS X and attempted to have it picked up by my son. Because he used the wrong verbiage he was unable to pick it up. He went back and this time in curbside p/u but was told they had nothing for me. I called again and all I can hearts laughing about the whole situation! I sending my husband back to rectify the issue. It shouldn't be this hard to pick up anything nevermind something that's already paid for.

I’ve been getting my prescriptions filled here for three years and rarely have a problem. I usually wait about 5-10 minutes and on one occasion there was a 20 minute wait. I think the staff does the best they can with what/who they have to work with and for.

This Walgreens has to be the worst customer service store in the world. I'm here at 8 o'clock in morning no one here my wife's prescription is on file to be filled today and they say 2 hours before it can be filled. I'm the only customer here. The woman who waited on me was rude and went back talking bad about me to her colleagues.

I was checking the number to this store and noticed how bad the reviews were. I go to this location regularly both for prescription refills and inside to pick up the occasional item. The store is always very clean. The staff is always very nice and polite. Recently when there was an issue with getting my medication transferred the pharmacist went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. I’m sorry these other reviewers have had a bad experience, but I find it hard to believe that my experiences with this store are consistently the exception.

The lady that answers the phones in the pharmacy area has no customer service skills. A customer should not have to ask several times if she is still on the line. She was a little rude as well.
