The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used! You literally cannot get anyone on the phone! The phone rings and rings until it hangs up on you. I Will be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP!

I do not recommend this pharmacy. They have hung up phone on me several times after it has rung over & over. Called store manager to report problem no one came to phone nor called back . A few days ago pharmacist Kristi told me it would take two days to fill my prescription & that it’s a shortage on that medication I was requesting. She repeated it like 4 to 5 times. I told her if this line is recorded I think they’d understand & I did too. I told her don’t treat me like a drug head or any different just because I am calling about a class 2 medicine because I call about other meds and you don’t act like this. Then she suddenly claimed the phone kept clicking & she couldn’t hear me. I said I have you on speaker phone & I don’t hear no clicks. Then when I called to check back on the 1/06/21 to see did my meds get sent there, I was told by Kristi or Sam they had a certain medicine. Only to be given something else today 01/08/21. I didn’t know I couldn’t take there word. I called back like 10 mins later and told him he told two days ago they had a certain medicine. He said don’t put words in his mouth. I told him if he didn’t tell me that Kristi did then. I was not trying to be difficult or argumentative. But when I was told by her or him, my response was I am on that same one. I just want to come to y’all because you closer. Kristi & another lady did call me back & apologize if I was offended. I talked to them & came in today. But after another issue, I will take my business elsewhere.

Who says that bigger can't be better? We use them regularly and have found them to be as good as a small, home-town drug store. We get regular text reminders and they have always been willing to run our insurance vs. discount cards to see what gives us the best deal. There has been a time or two when something was out of stock or a notification was wrong, but it is by far the exception rather than the rule. Overall, they have been everything we would expect out of a pharmacy, which is saying a lot when you see how many people they serve.

I have for the most part had good service with this location. I am recovering with pancreatic cancer for 2 years and I need quite a number of prescriptions. Also I have dealt with Sam and he is always attentive to my needs

I’ve been in the Money Center line for 30 minutes already, there’re 6 people in front of me and 2 behind and ONLY ONE ASSOCIATE working. I can’t believe the management have only one trained employee

Pharmacy at walmart north main high point has messed my prescription up for 5 straight months now. They claim they can't find me in the system. Five months in a row. Which sends me calling my doctor to only confirm it was sent to the location and should be there. I have to wait for them to fill it mind you I would pick up a few days after my prescription was sent by my doctor. So I don't understand. The ladies are always kind but I think need more training on there system or heck they might should get another system bc the one they have sucks. Im a very patient person and it's took me 5 months of mess ups with this pharmacy to realize I just need to move my prescription

Switched back to this pharmacy after having horrible service at Precision Way when we switched for about a month or so. Love Victoria the Pharmacist and the ladies at the registers especially Layne. If you're considering switching to Precision Way for the drive thru, just don't. I promise it's not worth it. Never had a problem at this pharmacy for the many years I've gone here.

Don't know if this is a corporate thing or whether it is indigenous to the N. Main pharmacy in High Point, but this is without a question the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Never has prescriptions ready on time, even when they have texted notification that it is. Typically, out of stock and never has them arrive when promised. A pharmacy manager - Sam - who barely promises good customer service, much less deliver it. Staff that is completely indiscreet in telling customers about their meds at full volume for all around to hear. Pharmacy Techs who are interning from the local college's pharmacy program who lack both customer service skills and the ability to operate the store's databases. You would be better off to stay ill than try to access your meds through this inferior location.
