They have removed all but two checkout lanes with cashiers and replaced the rest with self checkouts.
It is easy to use a self checkout when you have a small number of items. It is difficult when you have an entire cart ful of items. It is extremely difficult when we have an entire cart full of items and also have our small kids with us.
We are very disappointed.

I was in the SELF check out lane...the associates were rude and racist making fun of me the whole time I was checking out. They should immediately be fired. This type of treatment from a paying customer shouldn't be tolerated. Tried to call numerous times to talk to the store manager and I just get the phone ringing and ringing. This store is not worth your time. I plan on calling the distract manager tomorrow and see what they can do. I am in the public sector and this type of behavior wouldn't be tolerated from a reputable business. There were a total four employees that just kept making fun of me because I was white.

Expired dairy products. I just went to eat some yogurt I've had in the fridge since 2.2.25 which shouldn't be a big deal considering today is 2.22.25... so 20 days.... Why when I looked at the bottom to eat it, the date reads 1.26.25?? And it's really not the first time this has happened. Lesson learned and I will be sure to check every single time, not just here and there. I had to go back in my fetch account to make sure that I wasn't crazy.

While using the self checkout, as I scanned my items, I noticed that the bag of rice I wanted to purchase had a hole in it. I pointed it out to the attendant who proceeded to ask me if I wanted her to put tape on it... I said "No" and asked if she could grab me another one. There were two attendants on duty, both just standing there. She said "No" claiming that there were not enough attendants for her to do so. However, while i finished scanning my groceries another customer needed assistance with an item and the attendant happily walked the customer to the necessary aisle to assist him while the other attendant stood watch over the register the customer was using. Why didnt I receive the same courtesy? Not to mention, I had a child with autism with me while the other customer was by himself. I feel like ALL customers should receive the same level of customer service. This store on Penny road has removed the "Customer" from Customer Service. The lack of professionalism is greatly disappointing. After having this experience, I don't think I will shop at Walmart anymore. I will also share this experience to my social media, my church, my family and friends. Bye Walmart

I don’t know who is picking these people to be in a leadership position. Today was straight disrespect. APRIL needs some training on how to speak to customers and employees!!!!!! I have seen this store go down hill since management changed! APRIL came over to the register I was at as I was speaking to an employee.She then started telling the employee that she is not to speak to the person that was ringing me out. I then stated to April that “she was speaking to me.” She then decided to go back and forth with me. I think that was rude and she should have waited until we left to address the issue! Even though employee was speaking to me!!! I will be talking my money else where the customer service is trash!!! Publix would never!!!!!!

walmart's change on the 15 items or less scan/go is absurd. 20+ lanes and no one works them. hire more full service checkout clerks....i can't wait 40+ minutes.

The manager Eloise was very rude and nasty . I’ve never experienced such treatment from a manager in a leadership position, who should be setting an example for their staff and attempting to de-escalate situations rather than exacerbating them. She needs some leadership training.

Great place to shop
