Have heard of numerous horrible customer service, discrimination etc... from this bank. Experienced that recently, it appears that this company will do everything in their power to turn customers away. Shady business practices is what turns customers away and have them moving their business elsewhere.

One of the worst branches I’ve used, they sound condescending but when they learn you have a lot of equity and investments their demeanor totally changes.

This branch has some of the most moronic people working! Especially the girl working as a teller with braces, I think her name is Ariana but I could be wrong, but definitely the only adult with braces working. Because of a check that I had that was "a large amount" according to her, they wouldn't deposit it into my account. I've had the same check MULTIPLE TIMES deposited into this same account. Isn't that what banks do, they work with money? Duhhhhhhoi! Wells Fargo, you've got to take a look at who you have working here, the service is terrible! As you can see, if you want to check, my reviews are 95% or more positive. I'm not the person that only leaves reviews when something goes wrong. In fact I try to stay away from reviewing bad unless I get service that is absolutely atrocious, which is what I received when I went here and that is what you will get when you go here as well. Stay far away from this branch! Been with this bank since it was Wachovia and then bought out by Wells Fargo. At least 20 years, living in the same area. They act like I'm some kind of criminal! Absolutely sad! RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Just drive the extra couple of miles and go to the next branch, trust me. You will lose IQ points dealing with people like this and it is just not worth it.

I come to this branch very often and I must say BreJon is such a great employee he has great customer service skills, always has a smile on his face and gives such a warm welcome. 10/10 for me!!! Keep him around

Fargo over at Eastchester Dr. I also noticed he knows and addressed clients by name which is rare in the industry now days. Kudos to Dylan

This branch has the worst service ever and unfortunately today is not my first run in with this branch. As a former Wells Fargo branch manager I would never allow my team to treat customers the way the teller staff treats customers on Skeet Club. Brejon was incredibly snarky and even proceeded to tell me he was surprised to hear my discontent because “he’s in line to become a banker” while chuckling.Management is non existent at this branch today. No branch or service manager.Service is on the hard decline at Wells Fargo. Sad to see what was once a very important reputation to me go down the drain.

I will not be back to this location and I am about to close my account soon as WF does not show consistency in the process of things. One bank lets you bring change as is, and this one says you have to roll it up. Like. Make up your mind!Also, I am African American, and the African American dark skin guy behind the counter was rude when the lady assisting me just asked him a question to confirm policy there. He wouldn't even look at her or me but he was real friendly servicing caucasians. The lady assisting was nice enough, but he needs to get an attitude adjustment when servicing African Americans. Time to go to another bank because this bank is not where it's at!

Brianni or whatever her name is! Jesus Christ! She is sooo rude! Every time I come she always have the ugliest and nasty attitude! I even feel bad when she talks to customers in a rude way! Friendly staff except her honestly
