Brianni or whatever her name is! Jesus Christ! She is sooo rude! Every time I come she always have the ugliest and nasty attitude! I even feel bad when she talks to customers in a rude way! Friendly staff except her honestly

I had a 1:00 appointment at the bank Ski club branch High Point, NC with Hugo. the bank was closed, the drive-thru teller was closed the ATM drive through was open no one answers the phone or called me to tell me my appointment was canceledI have called back numerous times all I get is a recording machine and on the second try today I got answer from Alabama not very good customer service

I went to the bank this morning with my truck and trailer to cash a check. My trailer would not fit under the awning so I pulled up next to the drive thru Windows so they could see that I was driving my truck with a trailer. Got out in the rain to cash check. No vehicles in line. They would not cash check unless I was in my vehicle. Was told to unhook trailer in the pouring rain and drive thru. NO cars were in line. Had to unhook trailer in parking lot and hook trailer back up in rain to cash check. Bad customer service

This has to be the worst ran bank in the country! One day they cash a check made out to your business (they had twice), then the manager says they never do it to my face! I went out to my car to get the 2 receipts I had for the transactions where they did it for me just a few months ago. He still looked at me dumbfounded and had no answers for me. This is bad business for companies who write checks to their vendors from this bank. I would NEVER run my business account through Wells Fargo if my vendors can't cash them!!
