I left one star because i'm not able to leave zero. I've had nothing but problems with this location, Not really this location but the employee that works here. She is NEVER there when she is supposed to be, has given my package to another person (but told me i was wrong and that there's no way she could have made a mistake) she takes a 2 hour lunch which has been the reason for my most recent missed delivery. The website states lunch is from 12:30 until 1, so i take my lunch to go get my packages and arrive around 1:15 but there is no one there. I waited until 2:30 one time only for her to tell me she doesn't have the package because she gave it to someone else. She doesn't listen, interrupts and is rude AF!!! Please get a new employee who is customer friendly and wants to work!

RIP-OFF ALERT!!! This post office charges about DOUBLE for the same package! I sold the same item several times on eBay, and shipped one from High Shoals, some from Dallas NC, and one from Grover NC. High Shoals charged me $6.95, where the others were $3.57 and $3.78. I tried High Shoals one more time with a different small item, and was charged $9.75 for what should have been about $5-$6. When I complained, the girl told me "Oh no, we are the same price as every other post office." Baloney!! I will NEVER go here again.
