My wife went to this location to get a dip French manicure, and she absolutely loved it! The place was very clean, and they went above and beyond with their service. She has been raving about her nails since she got them done. Henry (the receptionist) was very welcoming and kind as well as the entire family that worked there.
She will be back!

Amazing place & service! The receptionist Henry, and his family that worked there were very nice and helpful. I got a French dip manicure, and it turned out beautiful! The place was clean, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!

Not the pedicure I'm used to. The only thing that was good was the polish. Not the usual scrub and hot towel wrap. I will not be going back. I also didn't like the cleaning of the foot tub. Not good.

Clean, very polite and quiet, beautiful dip manicure and lovely pedicure. Much attention to detail. Could not have been more pleased. Well worth the price.! Thank you!

Rushed the process and was sloppy. Pay no attention to detail. Felt like she just wanted to hurry up and get me out even though no one else was waiting. Very poor quality. Had nails dipped. The young man at the front desk was very nice. The only reason I gave it three stars.

This establishment has changed hands so many times that with these reviews a person can't tell if it's current or past owner. Or whether they've brought in a "cousin" to help because they don't have enough staff. I've been happy with the appointments that I've had but I can understand with the in and out of employees that you don't know who you had last time and who will do your nails next time.

Just had a full set and pedi done. Horrible job done. The man doing my pedi didn’t clean under my toenails nor did he clean around the tow nail beds. The Manicurist, I assume is the female owner who did my full set of acrylic nails left gobs of acrylic under the nails (I’m still pulling it out) what ever happened to washing your hands and scrubbing with a brush before the polish is applied? Im having to re file the un even nails. Paint was left on the sides of my fingers. Poor attention to detail for a $100.00 service!

There is a reason that this location has under four stars, my pregnant wife just needed to get one nail fixed that she had broken and we went there for a quick fix. They told us there was no way they could get us in the same day. The place seemed nice but they were super unhelpful and unaccommodating.

There are a lot of bad reviews but I work in town and go there pretty regularly and have not had an issue with bad quality polish. My gel always lasts 2 weeks and establishment is clean. MUCH better than the two places in cashiers for sure.However I will admit that there are a couple older unpleasant / very slow workers, and often they will be understaffed so that even if the place is almost empty they cannot accommodate walk in. I always make appointments and they make sure to have someone there for that. I prefer the 2 younger men technicians they are very good. It’s a small town, you have to make do??♀️

Everyone who works here are professional and wonderful people. They always are accommodating and do excellent work. Hannah is lovely.

A picture makes enough of a review...bleeding and their solution was to pour alcohol on the nails. The worst $85 spent.

Had a Gel pedicure done by a lovely older gentleman. He was gentle and thorough. I was a walk-in and they were very gracious to accomodate me last minute. Will come back again!Service: Pedicure

If only I could click zero stars. I have never had an experience with a nail salon as terrible as this. I went in on a Friday at lunch for gel polish and by 5pm they looked awful. I called to make an appt to have them fixed (WRONG MISTAKE). I left in such a fowl mood after my interaction with whom I assume runs the joint. I asked the lady that fixed them if I owed anything. The guy comes over and asks “why would you not pay?” so I said well the job that YOU did only lasted a few hours… I even left you a very good tip. He pretty much called me a lier without saying it. He said that he was not the one that did my nails because he had done nails for years and this has never happened. VERY unprofessional. He needs to find another career because running a nail salon in Highlands, NC is not the place for him… update on nails… 4 days later and they are already cracking. Will never go there again. My girlfriends and I made an appointment for all of us to have pedicures. They were very nice and did a good job. Our concern was that they did basically NO cleaning of the foot bath or the tools they used. I did not realize this until the lady they had been working on next to me got up. He splashed a little water in the bath, then seated the next lady that walked in. At that point he was already doing my polish, too late to stop then. I was very disappointed that they did not clean or disinfect anything at all. I am from Tennessee and every place I have gone here have bath liners and the tools have been cleaned and put in bags. It may be state law, do not know about that, but from now on I will look to see what cleaning standards they use. They were very nice and did do a good job on pedicure, no complaints. Just not sanitary enough for us.
