I have been playing the lottery from the first day it opened with my debit card. Today I went to B&B food store and they charged me 3.95 cent to play the lottery. They got their money from my account before I left the store. They stated they have to file to get their money and this is not true. They get paid from the lottery commission like 4 percent and then they take another 4 percent from the customer. They are crooks. Not only that I order hot dog with fries the fries were actually dripping in grease and the hot dog was cooked, but only luke warm. This was my first and last visit to this store. Not only that the store smelled of hot grease. Worst experience of my life. Maybe board of health should take a visit to this store. I feel bad about my bad review, but they deserve it.

Yuck! Born and raised in Hildebran food is not what it used to be! And it’s not like they were having a bad day because I’ve tried to give them chance after chance and every chance the food gets worse and worse the potato wedges used to be so good now they are burnt black and taste like week old grease absolutely not going back and that’s sad considering this is a child hood core memory.

Don't open till 6:30 am . And the staff that inform me of this was very rude in behavior. Traded here many of times. But think that was my last time

Good food, terrible staff. Asked for a lot of ketchup. They gave us 3 packs. I sent my husband in to get more, and he asked a different person. The original worker started yelling, "I already gave him a handful!" Well I guess she has small hands.. I need more than 3 fr about 10 potato wedges. Won't bother them again.

Here in statesville for black friday shopping. And rode up to shop and try this chiken I read about on the only in your state email.
Looks like they are closed till Dec. 2nd .
Web. Site said open but signs on door say otherwise.
Sorry I missed it and that you missed me.

We had stopped in on our way home to get gas and some food as well. The girl behind the counter was yelling at an elderly lady so I paid for my gas and left. Not sure what it was over but if you speak to an older woman that way I sure don't want you making my food. I'll not go back and shop there again. Shame on her. 😡

Used to be a really nice family friendly gas station with great food. now that it is under new ownership, i can honestly say ive never seen worst customer service. Asked an employee very nicely to look at cameras to see if i left my wallet one day. i even said multiple times that she could do it at any time no rush whatever works better for her. at first i was told that they could not look at cameras, Then was told "we are too busy" and " A wallet isnt important". when the owner/ manager got involved she was even ruder than her employees. every time i tried to explain what was going on she put her hand up and told me to hush. she just kept saying your wallet doesn't matter if i cant find employees im closing the doors. Never been treated so bad at a place where me my family and friends all go consistently to support. 0/10 dont recommend.

Very rude and disrespectful to me when my tap and pay wouldn't work I clearly said hold on one sec to find my friend in the store that had cash and no one was in the store except us decide to angerly put my stuff I got back on shelfs and said I'm not the one to play with l. Listen Linda don't no one care about your scary ass sit down somewhere not going back there

Experienced a very rude and unprofessional young lady at the counter. I had questions about the price of the chicken. It seemed too expensive to pay over 15 dollars for a 3 piece meal. I declined and left the store. As I was leaving, I heard her co-worker ask her if that was the right price. I came back to check the prices myself. I spoke to a patron who was standing in line to see if he saw a menu. The young lady then interrupted my conversation and told me to calm down. She indeed had over charged me.I told her I was grown and she did not have to talk to me like that.She then threatened to call the Deputy Sherriff if I did not leave. She started counting down from 5. I finished her count down and exited the location. Her attitude was not good at all!

Drove here (around 30 minute drive) I arrived at 6:07 to only hear they stopped making food at 6:00 I drove there for their wedges and chicken tenders,30 minute drive for nothing!

I hadn't been here in a few years, but I was in town for the holiday and wanted some wedges. I understand this is a gas station, but there are still standards of customer service that should meet expectations! I haven't ever experienced such rude behavior from someone who was being paid to service the public. Disgusting is the proper word to describe the behavior of the female who was supposed to be helping us. They lost out on what would have probably been a $50-$60 order because of the reprehensible behavior. So sad how this place is being ran. It used to be the best place in town for lunch.
