I've never had any issues with Truist...they have always been friendly..with me...and I've never had to make an appointment...if I needed to speak with a financial adviser...the wait was little to none...I've never used the drive through...I prefer to go inside...and make it more personal...that's just me....

Useless. Change the open hours to 4 oclock cause they won't do anything if it's close to 5
