“I hit an enormous bear who ran out of the woods right into my car on the Parkway. I put out a plea on Facebook for advice on the best place to have the damage repaired, and happily a friend from church told me to call Bob Keen's. They could not have been more helpful with the drop off of my car and pick up of the rental, which was complicated by the fact that I was leaving from there to go out of town with my dog. The damage to my car was more than I had realized, but they took such good car of everything, including dealing with my insurance company. When I picked it up, it looked better than it had in years!! I cannot recommend them enough! Be careful on the Parkway!!”

Andrew the manager worked diligently with my insurance company to get everything paid up and my car taken care of so I could get my beloved car back. I would highly recommend them a million times over if you need bodywork done to your vehicle especially if it’s a Honda.”
