I live about a mile away and shop here often. I stopped by at 9:54 while the open sign was still on and a lady pumping gas who I assume is the store cashier hopped out of her vehicle while pumping her gas and said she was closed. I informed her it was only 954 and the open sign was on still but she refused me service. Next time I'll park across the street at marathon and take my business there and I won't be back again and will be planning to contact higher management about this as well..

Good gas at a good price. Card reader worked fine, & my Fuel Rewards ID was accepted at the pump. It's a fairly small station, but it wasn't crowded when I stopped here on a Saturday afternoon. Can't speak to the quality of the store or restrooms, as I did not avail myself of either.

Got in the tight parking lot, our credit card got stuck at first pump, second one registered but wouldn't pump fuel, and the diesel pump was wrapped up like a Christmas present. Bad image for a Shell station. Marathon is right next door.

Skip this gas station if you need a restroom break. There isn't a lock on the bathroom door, and the signage says not to flush the toilet paper down the toilet.

Constantly acted like I was there to steal and when I told them about food merchandise that'd went out 5 months prior they couldn't care less and were more interested in getting me out the door and ignoring any further questions I had.

Had to stop here to get gas on my way to see my sister in the hospital. The cashier was unfriendly. When I arrived she was smoking and had no desire to come in and assist me I instead had to wait for her to finish. Then she snaps at me when I turn in a lottery ticket and ask for another one. I've never even been to this location. When I went to pay for gas I was going to input my loyalty number and she snaps again and says u need to tell me ahead of g time and points to a small sign on the wi dow. If u don't want to be happy at your job then don't work here. Customer service is how you keep business I'll never return here

What happened to Gary Styles? I haven't been there for a couple years. I hope he finally retired. He has run that station forever. I first met him there in 1976.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHELL. This place is sketch. Crowded, small and dirty gas station. No one wearing a mask. Worst of all, we got bad/waterlogged gas and it caused us to break down on a rainy Christmas Eve while we’re still hours from our destination. I have no idea how to report them.
