“I stopped in because my spare tire wasn’t mounted on the back of my Jeep and I physically couldn’t lift it myself. I had also been told I might need a conversion kit, so I wasn’t even sure if it could be installed.
The guys there immediately took care of it for me, checked everything, and put the spare on without any problem and as it turns out I didn’t even need the kit. They were so kind, professional, and helpful the entire time. What really stood out was that they didn’t charge me anything even when I offered to pay them. They just helped me because they could. That kind of honesty and customer service is rare. Huge thank you to Matt and the rest of the team. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs tire work”

“I'm sorry if this is a little long. I really needed 2 front tires on my car (like really bad). I called Alray and asked if they happen to have 2 used tires that would fit and they said they did. Once I got there they told us that after looking at them (the 2 they had) one was really good and the other wasn't as good as the first one but still way better then what I currently had. They said that if I wanted it they wouldn't charge me for the one that wasn't as good. I was shocked bc they could have put them both on and charged me for both but they were honest and let me decide if I wanted it. Which I did take both. They were busy so it was a little bit of a wait but it was not an overly long wait.
So here's where it gets interesting I get the tires and leave make it to the car wash in drexel and "the good tire" is flat like flat flat. We had to stop and put the spare on flat. I called and told them and they asked if I could make it back and I said yes. One the phone and in person they apologize several times and I told the guy on the phone, it happens and we would come back. Once we got back they were able to replace both tires with some that were even better and did not charge me anymore.
It was hot and at this point I was just tired and wishing that we could just make some Flintstone tires and not have to deal with tire tires anymore.
My point here is I feel like Alray went above and beyond for us to make it right. They could have handled the situation several different ways and charged me more money but they did everything they could to make it right. Again it was not anyone's fault, things happen but I feel so blessed with the way they handled it.
Thank you guys so much for the way y'all handled it and reassured us that everything would be ok.
From now on anyone ask best place to get some tires this is my recommendation.”

“This is an interesting shop. You're definitely in a tire shop in the waiting room, but they've gone out of their way to make it as comfortable as possible, including a pretty impressive TV currently playing Little House on the Prairie. And they have the cleanest, best maintained bathroom I've ever seen in an auto shop. The only downside is it's kinda cold in here, but overall they've gone to great lengths to make their customers as comfortable as possible. That's never lost on me. Great prices, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this shop!”

“The very best service we have ever had. Went in to have tires replaced. Ended up having to have few things done, that came up after they took old tires off. Gave us great deal since everything was open under there anyway-. If they had fixed it we may not be alive now. One of the parts feel apart in his hand, ashe was removing it something to do idler arm, so very thankful 🙏, God had us go yesterday for a reason. It was on our agenda for the end of next month.
