“I was worried after reading some of the reviews here but my experience was great today. I had an appointment, walked in 10 minutes early, checked in easily, was seen by a friendly front desk member (sounds like I avoided others named in other reviews!) and was called back promptly. Staff did a good job of explaining who was going back in what order to the folks in the waiting room, assisting those checking in, etc. Woman who drew my blood was very kind and helpful. In and out fast, on my very first visit. I would come here again, hopefully to the same experience!”
