This is getting out of hand!! Amazon packages delivered in my mailbox where the bag was slit open and nothing inside!! So they delivered an empty bag! I live on 70A so there’s no way anyone stopped just to look in my mailbox!! I will be filing a complaint Monday morning!!

Great staff/people working here. Rated 5 star for their professionalism and service. This is the only local USPS in Hillsborough and I want to ensure it's supported and well funded despite any shortcomings. Convenient location to drop off packages on my way out to do errands around Town and the County and the mailman who passes by my home always is great.

This place is the worse i paid 28 dollars to get a package deliver next day it never came and then i went to the post office they can’t even get me the tracking number isn’t all of this on files they should have a record i want my money back $28 dollars and never doing business with you again… losers you guys are the worse for stealing money people don’t have ????????????????????????????

Two stars for Google Maps walking directions. The public access is from King St. NOT Margaret Lane. Walking directions will send you to Margaret Lane which is the back of the PO.

On a week day at 8am there is no lines! The team is kind and helpful and you are in an out really fast! Plus it's in historic area so go grab coffee after or breakfast or take walk by the river.

USPS says my package is at Hillsborough post office and Hillsborough post office says it's not. Third time this has occured in 10 years. Might not be a lit but us very frustrating.

The post master at this office does absolutely nothing about her employees. The employee that delivers our mail is horrible. Instead of the individual driving down the dirt road to deliver the package, since it was to big to put in the mailbox. The individual placed it on top of our mailboxes and it was soaked. Just poor management at this location. If you talk to Robin who I'd the post master at this location.. don't waste your breath. She does not care and is very rude and arrogant. I am going above her head to her boss because she obviously isn't suited for the role.

They refuse to bring packages to my porch;they claim my house is more than a half mile from the road, but it's just under (.4) Lately they won't even bring priority mail, they always say that they attempt a delivery when they do not. i work from home, so i know of they've tried. Complaining is useless because the manager is aggressively rude. The worst part is that the Carrboro post office is actually closer to my house, but I'm forced to use this one. I can't wait till they all retire or quit.

It's the only official US post office in town. The postmaster that operates here is very rude and pompous. The employees seem kinda beat down to be honest. The employee with the best attitude is the custodian. Can be a wait at times.

One of the best post offices in the country. Nice people working here. I’m always in and out fast. They’re helpful if you forgot to bring a pen or paper. ?
