“I have been buying a product they sell pretty regularly and recently I had an issue with the item not having all the tablets it was supposed to have in it. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the issue until I left the store and opened it. So, I went back in and fully intended on just purchasing another one (since I had no way of proving that I didn’t just take the missing tablets out myself) but they graciously gave me replacements for free! They absolutely didn’t have to do that and I know it’s not their fault that the manufacturer made a mistake, so I really appreciated it!”

“As you can see this place is great. They sell as much as they can with the states regulations limited access to premium flavors and nicotine liquids but when that wasn’t In effect they ordered a brand NO ONE in this state that I could find stocked and it ended up being a best seller. It’s rare that a shop will do that and actually follow through. Very well lit place and always a deal to be had. Between here and Grumpys around the corner which I also recommend for more herbal focused needs, hillsborough needs no other tobacco/vape/ headshop. Shout out to Victoria and Ty”
