Wow. What a dump. I have never been in a Walgreen's as dirty, inefficient and nasty as this. Dissapointed. Pharmacy is very useless. Staff seems very miserable

The past few times I've called to check if my prescription was in stock, the tech that answered has been extremely rude. I get it if you're tired of answering the same question, and if you're stretched too thin. Instead of taking it out on the customers, advocate for your company to provide automated notices of current out of stock prescriptions or something. It's not my fault there's a national shortage, not my fault that I'm prescribed it. At least I was calling to check before clogging up your system with medications that cannot be filled.

Most aggravating pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've had several prescriptions they automatically do a refill on even if I'm no longer need this prescription. I was told they do this to artificially inflate their number of prescriptions filled. Doesn't do any good to tell them not to. I never pick up any unnecessary prescriptions. Their automated phone system is constantly calling my phone. It was so distracting that I had to block them.

Worst pharmacy ever! They can't honor vaccine appointments, can't fill up prescriptions on time, the front check out lady is extremely slow and no scope of self checkout!!! Really horrible.Walgreens need to shut down this store.

I made a appointment to have a flu shot on line, recd a confirmation number put the appointment in my calendar deleted the email. Went to Walgreens to get it, not on list sorry we need your confirmation number. Since you are not on our list you have to rebook. SorryI guess I made this all up. Customer service Zero!!!

Pharmacy horrible. Had 2 fifteen minute appointments for my daughters to get flu shots. I've never had a problem requesting one for myself while I was at a pharmacy. It takes two seconds. They refused. Assistant told me they were too busy. I asked the pharmacist again after my daughters were done. She told me they were out of vaccine. That isn't the first reason I was given. I'm not sure she was truthful.

I was waiting in line to check out today around this time. There was a really rude woman as a cashier thinking raising her tone to a customer who did not spoke much english would help this customer complete her purchase process. Very rude customer service. No greetings at all.

My doctor sent over a prescription Friday morning (3/11) for a severe sinus infection that I have had since January. I went to check the app to see if it was ready... the app stated delayed. I checked back several times and still the same message. I waited until today (3/12) and all day it said delayed. This is typical for any medication that I have had to get filled or refilled. This was the entire reason I switched my kid's meds to Hillsborough Pharmacy. At least I knew they would be taken care of promptly. Walgreens will no longer receive my business and I will be switching my medications to Hillsborough Pharmacy. (Like so many who already have)

Worst pharmacist in Hillsborough ever. Rude, condescending, judgmental. I’ve never felt more disrespected than the conversations I’ve had with her. She’s on a power trip and because of her and her incredible disrespect I will never use this pharmacy again. A complaint was also sent in to Walgreens headquarters.

People that work there are great, but I don't know if the building was put on a burial ground or something, but that place is absolutely CURSED. Stuff goes wrong there that is outright ludicrous. Pharmacy staff has been locked out of the pharmacy waiting on a locksmith all day. It's always something, every, month, it's something.

consistently the most miserable pharmacist i have ever encountered at any Walgreens, CVS, etc.if you hate people and your job so much, maybe this was not the best career choice.

I'd give them a 0 stars if I could. I takes FOREVER to get a prescription filled here. Yes, I understand that people are short staffed everywhere, but this has been an ongoing problem. I can get the prescription transferred to another Walgreens which is NOT on my way home from the dr's office and still have it filled in a matter of a couple of hours instead of days. To top it off, I stopped by to pick up a prescription that they had filled only to find that no one had access to the pharmacy section since the lunch break. Although I can't be certain, it looked like someone lost the keys to the pharmacy. Serious incompetence or lack of care. In the future, I will avoid this particular Walgreens at all cost.

Recent Update: There was no follow-up from cooperate to the customer complaint.UPDATE: I waited way too long in line based on Walgreens corporate leaders thinking it was a good idea to give the responsibility of giving covid shots to an already understaffed store. I saw people leave while I was waiting in line, there was no way to social distance due to the amount of people waiting.I have never had an issue here. Im nearly always greeted when I enter and by other working staff. Store stays stocked and clean.

I have had mixed service here. I had trouble like other people with getting to talk to the Pharmacist or someone on the phone. I was on hold and it said 2 people ahead of me, then it was my turn and it just rang and rang and rang then it put me back on hold and sat there. I finally hung up after 22 minutes on hold. ??
