Most aggravating pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I've had several prescriptions they automatically do a refill on even if I'm no longer need this prescription. I was told they do this to artificially inflate their number of prescriptions filled. Doesn't do any good to tell them not to. I never pick up any unnecessary prescriptions. Their automated phone system is constantly calling my phone. It was so distracting that I had to block them.

Pharmacy horrible. Had 2 fifteen minute appointments for my daughters to get flu shots. I've never had a problem requesting one for myself while I was at a pharmacy. It takes two seconds. They refused. Assistant told me they were too busy. I asked the pharmacist again after my daughters were done. She told me they were out of vaccine. That isn't the first reason I was given. I'm not sure she was truthful.

Worst pharmacist in Hillsborough ever. Rude, condescending, judgmental. I’ve never felt more disrespected than the conversations I’ve had with her. She’s on a power trip and because of her and her incredible disrespect I will never use this pharmacy again. A complaint was also sent in to Walgreens headquarters.

I'd give them a 0 stars if I could. I takes FOREVER to get a prescription filled here. Yes, I understand that people are short staffed everywhere, but this has been an ongoing problem. I can get the prescription transferred to another Walgreens which is NOT on my way home from the dr's office and still have it filled in a matter of a couple of hours instead of days. To top it off, I stopped by to pick up a prescription that they had filled only to find that no one had access to the pharmacy section since the lunch break. Although I can't be certain, it looked like someone lost the keys to the pharmacy. Serious incompetence or lack of care. In the future, I will avoid this particular Walgreens at all cost.

This place is terrible. If you have the option, choose Hillsborough Pharmacy. Unfortunately my insurance relegates me to this disaster of a pharmacy. The automated system is trash. They may or may not have your refill filled; and then the staff blames YOU if it wasn't filled. Maybe a decent place to get a birthday card and some shampoo. Beyond that, go elsewhere.

Not sure what the problem is, either IT or company policy. Use to my doctor would send over a prescription and it would be ready for pickup in a short time. Yesterday the prescription was sent over at 11:00. I checked the prescription status at 1:00. They said it was delayed, that my doctor had to confirm. I was supposed to receive a text when it was ready. I never did receive it. Called them at 5:00 and it's ready. I picked the prescription up. Today I received a call from Walgreens saying sorry for the delay in my prescription. It should be ready soon. I already have the prescription.

Good place idk it's nice and I love it, I'm here rn actually, the people are really nice and they got all my very snacks and stuff. Idk shoot medicine and stuff but, I came here once for medicine and it was all cool

What can I say? It’s Walgreens! If they don’t have it... do you really need it? Such a great, friendly crew!! The store itself is good medicine!!

This is the most disorganized and chaotic pharmacy I've ever been to. They couldn't find my rx in their pile of bins and had to refill it. What should have been a 10 minute errand stretched to over an hour. The staff was plenty friendly and apologetic but the whole situation could have been avoided with some calm and care.

If this wasn't the only pharmacy nearby, I wouldn't waste my time! From the long hold times on the phone to the rude staff in the pharmacy and store. Being a nurse, this is unacceptable. There are some staff that are friendly and helpful but the rudeness and snotty attitude is overwhelming.

This store is less interested in customers and more interested in their breaks. I arrived for a flee shot at 1:25, waited in line a few minutes. When I reach the counter at 1:30 and requested a flu shot. I was told it wouldn't be till 2:00 as "she" was going on break! Now we all know that a flu shot takes all of 3min so I asked if she could do it now as I had another two o'clock appt. I was told no! Needless to say I'm NEVER coming back here and moving All my scripts to another store! Recommend you do the same if you think customer/patient care is important!!! When a store is advertising constantly to get your flu shots and then puts their breaks before service, it's time to move on. It only will get worse from here!

Oh man, in tears about this place. I needed a prescription and went through hell to get my doctor's office to re-prescribe (no one told me I needed to come in every year to renew this RX), and then they finally called in one month at which point the pharmacy said, come on in! And literally half an hour later, I got an email saying that my insurance company would not pay for it and when I call asking what was going on, they said it my doctor's fault for calling it in twice. And I was like, but has my insurance paid for it...? And they said, no because they already paid for the first one... And I won't subject you to the "who's on first" comedy that ensued, but TERRIBLE communication, and apparently there is no human being there that actually cares, just button-pushers.

Wow! They screwed up a couple of times, including once charging double what a prescription was supposed to cost--we had to have the insurance company call to straighten them out--but this time was too much. Unable to fill the prescription, one I needed right away, and rude when we suggested that they try to find the medication for us. No more!
