The online process worked well. Finding the unit was confusing… name is different on their sign, building labeled differently, and their driveways are rough to get around. Unit itself is nice and clean.

We are new to the storage thing. We had questions this afternoon and the young lady that answered the phone was polite, professional and personable. (The three “P”’s of great customer service). I’m glad we went with your storage provider in the Surf City.

Great storage facility. Currently adding climate controlled units that I am waiting for. Also paving gate and adding new cameras.Management is great and prices are more then fair for the quality they provide.
