“Hello this is actually an overdue post . I apologize also. If anyone knows what it's like to be extremely overwhelmed to the point where it's unnatural then you'll understand why I'm posting this. As a new person to the community Holly Ridge was referred to me by another auto shop because they had faith in their professionals because they had faith in their professionals abilities and they just went above and beyond the show that there were other options and how they can help and I respect that and that was Mavis auto. Holly Ridge Tire Pros is an excellent business to work with because and I've never seen this really before but again like the other they genuinely care about their customers. I'll be quite frank, I was nervous , taking advantage of my other dealerships that were corporate, and I didn't have an easy time as someone who relocated to an area who didn't know anyone. And I did witness other businesses taking advantage of customers damaging property so they could provide a service. I can't express how I felt and what I went through in words monetarily, emotionally, mentally , professionally and as a woman and former active duty member. I want to say this business to complete care of me . They conducted an evaluation, they were transparent , they were aware of my medical needs and were accommodating , resourceful , transparent as far as helping me to build a plan via a ledger for what was needed and they were transparent about what was not. And they like the other shop earn respect , value , and praise because they showed their ethical treatment of customers alike giving up excellent experience to everyone and they are approachable and friendly and actions mean more than words to me . I did not feel like they were lying to me or trying to take advantage of me. I think God for that. Because little did they know I had a tough go at it for a long time here as an outsider and treated as such as well as feeling like this place was a money pit. They treated me like a professional should treat their clients and extended human decency which should not be unorthodox and then they helped me in any way they could and were willing to go above and beyond again as a newcomer I can't say that about a lot of the dealerships or shops here but I can say that about this particular one and yes I did want to cry because of all I was dealing with and being in a new place and being taken advantage of but they did not do that to me they treated me like a valuable customer and I didn't feel like I was any different from the person sitting across the counter I felt like I was a part of their Holly Ridge Tire family. So to avoid being loquacious , regardless of your status obligations and responsibilities forgive the grammar mistakes I'm using speech to text I want to say that I highly recommend this company because I care about the people in their community and it shows, I want to say they are one of the best group of individuals I've worked with and I was grateful Mavis suggested them also as the alternative give him nothing but respect for both companies not to put another company's information on their page but it was a referral and they were absolutely right about Holly Ridge Tire Pros. I have nothing but gratitude towards them and those who have made me feel like I was a part of the community when I felt the interactions were highly transactional and monetary based. In other words they saw I needed help and I was juggling a lot and the lesson the burden by just taking off a little bit of the weight by not adding to compounded problems and also creating a plan and doing what they could to help me . This is my experience. I would highly suggest anyone working with them, unlike most of the businesses I've worked with in different cities including here they truly are authentic, they care about their customers, what they do and they are excellent at it.
