What a fun gym with great energy. Nehemeya, put me through my 1st workout and it was so much fun. My favorite part was the 1 on 1 pad work. If you're looking for a fun workout while learning the basic fundamentals of kickboxing, you have to give them a try. You won't regret it. :)
