Ordered iPhone online to pickup in store. Went to pickup and rep had “technical issues” with my order. Waited over an hour.He had to cancel my online order and start over in store. No problem! Well I look at my bill a few days later and they added over $35 of extras on my bill that I had not signed up for…Insurance and next program. Called Att and they said that’s normal for in store salesman’s as they get commission by adding extras. Check your bill and buy online!

Nice folks but not helpful at all. They seemed to be unfamiliar with AT&T’s systems and sent me to call customer service when that actually didn’t even need ti be done!Go to the corporate Apex location! They did in 30 mins what the Retail Holly Springs store couldn’t do in two visits and over 1.5 hours. I should have gone to Apex first.If you are buying accessories Holly Springs can help you. Anything to do with an upgrade or about your account go to Apex and don’t waste your time in Holly Springs.

Came in to upgrade two phones, specifically said not to include insurance or next up. Opened my bill up 2 months later and both lines had both of the charged that I stated not to add. Went in a was advised to call a help line with little care from the employee who upgraded me.Would advise double checking your bill if you’ve gotten your phone from here

I didn't see any reason for improvement. All 3 of the staff member's working yesterday at the Holly springs , NC location, were not only incredibly polite but very very helpful and thorough in what they told me. Exceptional staff, super clean store & all around a 10 out of 10 experience.

Not honest. Lied to get my contract and have been completely unhelpful to fix any of my issues. Before I signed up they said they would directly support any issues. Now suddenly nothing they can do and I have to work with the main ATT line that will not honor the discount the store told me I would get. Stay away ,these guys will lie to get you under contract. Bill is $50 higher a month than quoted.

Went into the AT&T store on Grand Hill Ave in Holly Springs & was greeted by Antonie who helped us add a line not to mention upgrade my wife's phone! He showed professionalism & was so personable. Good Customer service these days is hard to find yet this gentleman made my experience delightful & so easy. See Antonie if you go into the AT&T store!!! He's originally from up North as we are!!
