Sat in drive through at the window for ten minutes after pressing the service button before anyone even approached the window to greet me.

Store is gross, the employees are unpleasant and angry and I guess they were both in the back room Doing something important that required them to come out tucking in their shirts and stomping to their work registers. Odd. I walked in, stood in front of the counter, two unpleasant and rude employees come out(tucking in their shirts) , angry female asks me " you need something " ... no genius, I'm standing in your store for my health, I need nothing from you. Male Employee proceeds to help customer behind me and the angry female employees moves to The other counter and shouts "come over here ". I pay for my stuff and leave. The male employee however was ranting about how much he hates Mother's Day because a lot of people will come into the store and ruin their plans as he stated. This CVS needs to do some Rehiring, there are a bunch of 17 year old kids that would do a better job than these two horrible and miserable people.

No stars. The pharmacy staff is awful, incompetent and completely unhelpful. Filling a simple script is near impossible without Something going wrong or the pharmacy arbitrarily placing your script on hold for no reason without even notifying you. Worse service. Worst response time. They are simply d****

If you are having problems with the pharmacist Ashley at this location report her to 1-800-746-7287 (shop cvs) like I did for wasting an enormous amount of my time, lying, price gouging, etc. Her conduct inexcusable and reprehensible. Her supervisor's name is Dana Ray.

I was picking up a prescription through the drive through today and I asked if they happened have any toilet paper, no one else did and I figured they wouldn't have any either. The manager was there. He went to check and found one package of toilet paper left and let me purchase it at the drive through! I am so grateful! His name escapes me right now, but he is the manager at the CVS in Holly Springs, Village Walk Drive location.

First off I have been going to cvs for over 15+ years for all my prescription refills. I moved here to Holly Springs a few months ago and came here to this one. The front manager and staff is very welcoming and friendly. However, the pharmacist "Ashley" is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I went to pick up my prescriptions through the drive through and they said it was not ready yet. I said okay and came back in 20 minutes. Again I drove back 40 min later and she comes to the window and says it's still not ready. I said well I've been waiting for over an hour and you told me it would be ready by now. She got very aggressive and said well you need to move your car so I can get the other people in line. Then said you can move your car and wait an additional 15 and come back or you can wait inside but your going to move your car!! Literally said it pointing her finger and in a rude tone! I wanted to pull her by her hair out the damn window. My mother in law also said she's has issues with this particular pharmacist Ashley. I would not recommend this location at all and if corporate is reading this Ashley needs some serious additional training in customer service and how to treat them in a respectful manner. I will visit the other cvs in Holly Springs in the future.

We've used this pharmacy for 5 years and been very happy with it. Their automated system notifies us of when our things are ready and we've never had to wait long. Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful, especially the folks in the pharmacy.
