If you make a vaccine appointment here, make sure you're not in a rush. I waited a bit more than half an hour past my appointment time. But then I was done in just a minutes!The folks in the pharmacy seemed swamped when I was there, but they were chugging along, so I'm sure they're doing their best.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Unprofessional manner and practice. 4 out of the 5 workers I've had interactions with were not personable and borderline rude. I had to lay down on the *floor* after receiving a vaccine after telling them I'm prone to fainting. They do not check your health history beforehand as their pre-vaccination document says, and as is standard in correct healthcare. And I was asked to leave the area well before the 15 minute observation time was over. (Also against the document I signed, and against the CDC.)

I wouldn't recommend this place. Unprofessional manner and practice. 4 out of the 5 workers I've had interactions with were not personable and borderline rude. And you need to wait 60 min to do a Covid test. Even do you have an appointment. I will never go there again.

First off I have been going to cvs for over 15+ years for all my prescription refills. I moved here to Holly Springs a few months ago and came here to this one. The front manager and staff is very welcoming and friendly. However, the pharmacist "Ashley" is very unprofessional and extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I went to pick up my prescriptions through the drive through and they said it was not ready yet. I said okay and came back in 20 minutes. Again I drove back 40 min later and she comes to the window and says it's still not ready. I said well I've been waiting for over an hour and you told me it would be ready by now. She got very aggressive and said well you need to move your car so I can get the other people in line. Then said you can move your car and wait an additional 15 and come back or you can wait inside but your going to move your car!! Literally said it pointing her finger and in a rude tone! I wanted to pull her by her hair out the damn window. My mother in law also said she's has issues with this particular pharmacist Ashley. I would not recommend this location at all and if corporate is reading this Ashley needs some serious additional training in customer service and how to treat them in a respectful manner. I will visit the other cvs in Holly Springs in the future.

We've used this pharmacy for 5 years and been very happy with it. Their automated system notifies us of when our things are ready and we've never had to wait long. Everyone who works here has been friendly and helpful, especially the folks in the pharmacy.

I've been using CVS pharmacy for many years. I have thyroid pills that I rely on daily. They mistakenly gave me the wrong order. They filled my 100mg (my old prescription) instead my 80mg (my new prescription). I didn't realize it until I got home and took my last pill. When I opened the new package it was filled with my old prescription. I immediately called to talk to the pharmacists and told them of the mistake. I understand that because of Federal Law, I couldn't return my prescription but she didn't even try to accommodate me from paying another 10 dollar copay for their mistake. I have a prescription I can't use and still have to go get a new prescription filled. It's sad to say that as long as my family has been a client of CVS, we will not shop there again.

Amazing. They sang and danced numerous showtunes then filled my medicine in under a minute. I will def use them again. I hear Saturday's they sing nothing but Wu Tang songs
