Really bad service, never coming back here, I had an appointment at 10am and It took them 5 times longer than they promised even though I had expressed that I couldn’t wait for too long because I had an important appointment and that I said I would take my business elsewhere if it took too long and they assured me it would be done in 20mins. I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours because they parked another car behind mine, blocking me in and did a full tire change to the car behind me, even though many other bays were still open. Don’t waste your time here, go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change or literally any other place!

They were punctual and provided an overview of what could be improved.

They did a decent job on inspecting and diagnosing my vehicle, but the customer service and pricing was awful. After I seen the $1200 quote for front brake pads/rotors and a wheel alignment, I told them I would not be getting my work done there. Since I paid $26 for the diagnosis, I wanted the full documentation printed out. The dude at the front desk told me he sent it to my email. 10 minutes later, nothing was sent to my email, so I went back in and ask the other guy to do it. He also told me he sent it to my email, 24 hours later I still haven’t received a email. Place is a joke

My service was done in a timely manner and I was provided great communication on the estimated time frame and what to expect. Every single team member I communicated with was extremely kind, respectful, and had a positive attitude. The overall experience was wonderful and stress-free.
