The guys at Gerber do solid work. Although they had a 3 month waiting list, the end result was great. About 6 months later after an inspection, I found that a small piece of the bumper wasn't installed. I called them up, scheduled an appointment for the same day, and they ordered the part. Two weeks later they installed the part in under an hour. I would definitely go back for future collision repairs.

Exceptional service! Tyler was incredibly helpful with a minor part that needed reattaching on my car. Had to wait a couple of weeks for an estimator to confirm what I already knew ... my rear-ended vehicle would be deemed a total loss. Estimator cracked a joke as I was leaving, handing me his card saying, "since you said you have a teenage son driving soon, you might need this." I had shared how we'd put 5k into this vehicle recently to prepare it for our teenage son to drive, thanks for kicking me while I was down. I can assure you, I will NEVER use this location or this company.

100% satisfied with the extensive body/frame repairs provided. I’m lucky they were recommended by the insurance company. Supply chain delays are real, but I still appreciated the weekly voicemails letting me know progress/updates.

Google Level 6 reviewer here. My impression as a customer at this location is that the business is abundant with customers and quality control/quality assurance is not up to expectations.I came in through State Farm recommendation for a paint chip repair. **First issue** the wait time was incredibly long. I called in in October of 2022 and was not able to get in until January 2023.While taking off the doors to repaint, the **second issue** occurred when they broke the quarter panel on the driver's door. The estimator called to inform me that the car could be out for two weeks for a door repaint job. Thankfully, the vehicle's manufacturer defined expectation and provided the parts promptly so I did not have to wait for two weeks but others may not be as lucky.**Third issue** is when I received the vehicle, the EdgeGuards that were on the door were not replaced. I am glad I noticed it and the estimator replaced them on the spot.**Fourth issue** after driving the vehicle for a while, the inside door panel above the windows switches started to fall off. I had to take the car there one day for them to diagnose and another day for the actual repairs because they did not have the parts. It was frustrating because their lack of quality service is time and money out of my day, for two days.So for a two months wait time, I came away with four issues on my first time using this location. Again, the impression being that business is plenty through insurance claims and the QA/QC is just not up to standards. They are clearly able because when the issues arise, they fix them promptly.If you have a choice, I recommend finding a repair shop where the business' offer does not greatly exceed its demand so they put more care into the QA/QC process. If you do not have a choice, make sure to do all the quality checks before and after you get your car back.Do not give in to the pressure to provide good reviews immediately after you receive the vehicle (the business may tell you this when they return the vehicle). That will help others by removing any false sense of quality at a location if there are improvements to be made.Services: Auto glass repair

My car was stolen and the damage was very extensive. Gerber's service was beyond excellent and Tyler kept me informed during the entire process. I would definitely use them again.

Gerber replaced our front bumper which had been knocked off and dented. It took a few months to get a service appointment due to ordering parts and availability, but I called a few shops and this seems to be the case everywhere right now.Gerber handled all of the communication with our insurance company and called a few weeks before our appointment just to confirm all details. Once our car was dropped off in the shop, they were extremely professional and gave us updates until the car was ready to be picked up on the forecasted day.
