We absolutely love it here.. Renee and Jessica are amazing directors and we feel so comfortable with their school.. We have 2 kids going here and their teachers are amazing! Bryce and Jordan, and all the teachers that tag team, are all so nice and show they actually care about our kids! We have seen a significant improvement in their education and social skills. It's tough leaving your little ones with other people but we drop them all with all the confidence in the world that they are getting the best treatment and education in the area.

We were recommended by a good friend and have been attending since April. From our first phone call , the management (Ms. Renee and Ms. Jessica) have welcomed us with open arms and showed all the love they have for all the kids from the start. Management communicates well, answers any/all questions, regardless if big or small. They have went above and beyond for our family. My boys love all the teachers but especially Ms. Bryce, Ms. Jordan and Ms.Elizabeth.They are very attentive, answer any question and both of my kids have learned a lot in the short time they have been there ! Kindercare HS really drives to meet you child where they are at. We feel fortunate to have found Kindercare in HS and look forward to the years to come !

Title: KinderCare Nightmare: Staff Shortage, Unhygienic Environment, Rude Teachers, and Unknown Partiality.I recently had the unfortunate experience of enrolling my child in KinderCare, and I must say it has been an absolute disaster. I feel compelled to share my dreadful encounter to caution other parents about the distressing conditions and unprofessionalism that permeates this facility.First and foremost, KinderCare suffers from a severe staff shortage problem. It became apparent from the moment I dropped off my child that there simply weren't enough caregivers to adequately tend to the needs of all the children. The staff-to-child ratio was completely unbalanced, leading to chaotic and unsafe conditions. I witnessed numerous instances where children were left unattended or overlooked due to the overwhelming workload of the staff. It is utterly unacceptable to compromise the safety and well-being of innocent children in this manner. Moreover, the overall hygiene standards at KinderCare were shockingly unhygienic. The premises consistently appeared dirty and unkempt, with a persistent stench of stale food and uncleared surfaces. It is deeply distressing to think that this environment is where children spend their formative years. The lack of basic cleanliness and sanitation measures raises serious concerns about the spread of germs and potential health risks. The behavior of the daycare staff at KinderCare was nothing short of rude and unprofessional. I was appalled by the lack of respect and empathy displayed by the teachers. They seemed disinterested in their roles and demonstrated a complete disregard for the emotional well-being of the children. Instead of fostering a nurturing and educational environment, they appeared impatient and dismissive. It was evident that many of them lacked the necessary teaching skills and were ill-equipped to handle the needs of young children. To make matters worse, there were blatant signs of favoritism and unknown partiality among the staff at KinderCare. Certain children seemed to receive preferential treatment while others were overlooked or neglected. This inconsistency and lack of fairness only exacerbated the already chaotic environment, creating a hostile and unwelcoming atmosphere for everyone involved. In conclusion, I strongly advise parents to steer clear of KinderCare. The numerous issues I have encountered, including the staff shortage problem, unhygienic conditions, rude teachers, and evident partiality, demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and care. The safety and well-being of our children should be paramount, and it is disheartening to witness such disregard at a place that should prioritize their development and happiness. I encourage you to seek alternative daycare options that prioritize your child's welfare and provide a nurturing environment conducive to their growth.

Our toddler has been at The Holly Springs Kindercare for the last year and we are so appreciative of the staff. The app we get updates on through out the day is phenomenal and reassured us that our child is safe and well taken care of in our absence.

My family has been at this location for over 8 years now after transferring my oldest son from a different center when he was one. When I first toured the facility, I knew this was the right place for our family. The indoor gym is a wonderful feature to have especially when the weather is not conducive to outdoor play. With two active boys, physical activity is a must for us!The menu that is served for both snacks and lunch is nutritious and wonderful at introducing new tastes and textures into diets. The most important aspect of our center though is the family atmosphere and loving teachers and staff. I truly feel that they are an extended part of our family. When my son comes home and is talking about which teacher loves him more, my heart is full. My youngest is now four and is learning site words, Spanish, and wonderful social skills as well. My oldest went into kindergarten reading at a second grade level and having the needed social skills to succeed thanks to his wonderful teachers. No childcare center is perfect, and they all have their ups and downs. However, the teachers and staff handle the occasional challenges with grace, transparency and honesty. Leadership is extremely responsive and caring as well. They have all adapted wonderfully to the new COVID protocols to keep the children safe, but still have as normal of an environment as possible. While I'll be happy to drop a daycare payment when my youngest goes to kindergarten next year, I will truly miss everyone in our KinderCare family.

My daughter has been attending KinderCare in Holly Springs (formerly Little Pros & also formerly Rainbow) for over 3 years. She started attending as an infant and is now in one of the pre-k classrooms. We absolutely love the staff and feel very confident in sending our precious girl here each day. Our daughter looks forward to going each day and is very attached to her teachers.

We have been with the Holly Springs Kindercare location (formerly Little Pros and Rainbow) since 2015. We have absolutely loved the teachers (Ms. Syarra, Ms. Danielle, Ms. Carolyn, Ms. Dana, Ms. Jordan, Ms. Martha, Ms. Rita, Mr.. Frank, and Ms. Kim, to name a few!). They truly care for and love the kids and treat them as if they were their own. The curriculum is also fantastic and really helps to make learning fun; my oldest was also very well prepared for Kindergarten. Through the years, there have been ups and downs as a result of management changes but the current management is wonderful. The center is well maintained, always decorated for seasons/holidays, there are frequent spirit weeks and other fun activities planned for the kids, and the staff is very open to questions/concerns. We highly recommend this Kindercare location.

We have had our oldest at Kindercare in HS for over a year and a half. Both before and during the Covid19 pandemic. From the day I first toured the facility, I was amazed at the cleanliness level they adhere to. The walls, the floors, everything was virtually spotless. I made sure to tour in the afternoon to be able to take a look at the kiddos too, and aside from a few loose ponytails- they also looked spotless. I had toured other facilities where it looked like the kids noses had never been wiped in months (GROSS!). This place is amazing. The quality of care and learning my daughter gets is second the none. It is also, secular and non denominational. There is no mention of god (aside from the pledge) which is a positive for us since we are not focusing on any specific religion for our children at this point. They are responsive, the children are fed nutritious and a diverse set of meals. They are learning spanish as well which is awesome! The teachers are like family and truly LOVE my child which is amazing! I never felt any hesitation in sending her back once they reopened during Covid. The precautions they have put in place have worked beautifully. We are SO lucky to have them in our lives.

Program is fantastic! However, I work full time. My son is two. He has a runny nose a lot. They no longer let children come to school with just a runny nose because it's a symptom of "COVID". I took him to the doctor and they confirmed that it was in fact allergy related. Even with a doctor note stating that they still would not allow my son to return. He has no fever or cough. It's just a runny nose due to allergies. But they still expect you to pay the high tuition. If I'm paying for childcare but they won't take my son then I have no child care. I can't go to work because I have to watch my toddler. How can They expect you to pay the tuition? I feel many parents are going to face challenges with these new policies. Science Studies have shown that children are not affected like adults are with COVID. We're going into the fall which is cold season and I don't think I'm going to be the only parent who pulls their child out of this program since you will be paying for childcare but really not having any at all. Again, this school is great but I need dependability for my childcare. Not wanting to take a child because they have a runny nose is a bit ridiculous. My son doesn't have Covid. He's an active toddler who has allergies that cause his nose to run. Really unhappy that the director of this daycare couldn't work with me on finding a solution that would have kept my son in.

This daycare consistently falls short in the Management, Director and Assistant Director department. This daycare has closed twice due to pipes bursting in the school. One of those times the daycare had to be shutdown for months while repairs were completed. After that incident the following winter pipes burst once again.Recently snakes were found in the school and the management was slow to notify parents.Consistently understaffed which affects student teacher ratios. They are quick to deflect blame onto others and not themselves.Turnover at the Director Level and Assistant director level is constant.Just ask and see how truthful and upfront they are with their explanations.
