“I had the best experience ever with Anita in the Holly Springs store, best service and detailed explanation of all the services and equipment! I have already referred several friends! Great company for senior citizens, 55 +.!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Ting’s internet sales team, especially Chad. From the moment he answered the phone, I knew I was in good hands. It wasn’t simply a standard greeting—you could genuinely hear the smile in his voice. Chad was warm, conversational, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain my options, show me how Ting Fiber differed from my current service, and make its value immediately clear. Throughout the entire process, I truly felt like I was receiving white-glove treatment. His follow-up was excellent, and whenever I had a question, he was easy to reach—no navigating endless phone menus and minimal time on hold. I also spoke with his teammate Alex when Chad was unavailable, and he was just as wonderful. What stood out most was how sincerely they wanted to help. You can genuinely hear it in their voices. Exceptional service from start to finish!”

“I was a walk-in on a busy Friday evening. I was taken almost immediately. I switched my phone to spectrum mobile and also received a discount on my TV/internet. The associate Jeanette was kind and patient with me, even when my phone had trouble unlocking and issues with Cricket. She spent a large amount of time with me when I know she could have moved on to others. There was a billing issue that did get resolved within 2 days. I made an appointment and was taken at that time as well. This was a good experience all around for me. Thank you Jeanette!”
