“We had a terrible experience with another location of Wells Fargo, started moving our money to another bank. We ended up meeting with Nathan Porzio and that changed our thoughts on WF. He was so friendly and upbeat and made our banking experience pleasant. We drove an hour to meet with him and it was worth it. Anytime we have to do banking in the branch we will drive an hour to have a better experience. The employees were all pleasant and that made a huge difference. Great attitude and feeling of the whole branch.”

“Well, I don't handle cash either so I can't speak to that, but I've been banking with PNC for something like 30 years and they've always been awesome. This branch is new to me since I moved to Apex, but everyone there is so nice, considerate, helpful, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly -- I guess to anyone who doesn't use cash? Idk, if I have cash I just wind up giving it away to folks at off-ramps or stoplights. When I need cash for some reason, I get extra because I know myself. It's going out the window into someone's hand. ANYway. From my own experiences, I rate this bank and branch 5 stars and then some.”
