Our rep Eric, did an amazing job of taking the time to walk me and my family through everything. All of our questions were answered and he helped us make our decision pretty quickly. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor.

All personnel very nice. Called the night before going in the store to inquire about the dual temp mattress and was told they did not have any in the store but could order the king I needed and it would be shipped to me free. Went into store next day and ordered snd when I got my credit card receipt they charged me $39.00 for shipping. I called them out on it and they said they had to, lied to me. I did not appreciate being told one thing and them doing something different when I entered the store the next day. Not a good way to do business, deceit to get people in store!

Buyer beware! They say it's returnable, read the fine print! The adjustable base is NOT returnable so you will be stuck with it if you do not like it! The bed is extremely hot, too much memory foam, can't get it firm enough on the 10. ....when they test your ideal firmness it is not on the 10, so if you've had the firmness tested at the store and buy a 10 it will not compute. Itis too soft and hurts our backs.

I work in sales and customer service and the gentleman that sold me my bed was personable and informed. He is the reason I chose to spend a large sum on a high option bed with you that day. Bed should be here in may and I hope I enjoy it. Staff there is great.

This was the most pleasant, least stressful bed purchasing experience of my life. Eric at the Holly Springs office was helpful, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and a treat to work with. I wish Sleep Number would give him a raise!! Highly recommend.

Very positive experience. Gary showed us everything and awnsered our questions very thoroughly. Was not pushy and gave us several quotes for us to look over. The beds are awesome and a pretty good investment considering how many other brands we have gone through during the years. I feel confident we will pull the trigger in the next couple of days to have our first sleep number delivered!

We had a sleep number bed for 13 years and decided to buy another. The sales person said that our current head and foot board that we had on our previous sleep number bed could be used and would be attached. When the bed was delivered, the delivery people did not have the skills to attach our head and foot board. We called the sales person several times but received no support much less a call back. If you're buying, make sure what the sales person promises is written on your receipt. Also, don't sign anything from the delivery people until you're sure everything is working and as agreed in the store.

Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH THE SLEEP NUMBER STAFF IN HOLLY SPRINGS...This has been on my bucket list for quite some time now and I am so HAPPY and Excited to say it's now a reality....Wish it was already here but it will be here in less than 2 weeks....The manager there did an OUTSTANDING JOB of getting me THE BEST DEAL AVAILABLE AND OF COURSE I GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY!!!!!

I would strongly encourage anyone to try in store before buying as I was very underwhelmed. My husband and I had been mattress shopping for a few weeks and we loved the tempurpedic but heard good things about sleep number so wanted to try it out before making a purchase. We thought the prices online were comparable. Here’s the quote we got from the Holly Springs location....Their mattress quote was substantially higher than what’s listed online. The base quote is at the higher end of sleep number’s listed range and this wasn’t even the highest level model. The quote was way higher than the one we got for a top end tempurpedic which was shocking to us. I’m sure this would’ve been negotiable however we weren’t even interested after laying on any of these. Make sure if you go to this location that you pull up the numbers you see online otherwise you may have the same experience as us.
