Candis helped us get our internet set up for our new home and set me and my fiancé up with new phones!!! She was AWESOME!!!! Not only great customer service but a phenomenal personality!!! We will definitely be back to this store!!

Horrible customer service! Slam boxes on the floor.Give attitude to customers. Understaffed. Spectrum, leave, and let GOOGLE do its thing. Your customer service all around sucks. Your employees need better training both in sales and customer service. I guess people at Spectrum only work when regional managers are in town. Sorry, spectrum, but you lost my business. I will go with thing, or Google. Man even AT&T as long as I get away from spectrum. You guys suck!

Went in today to exchange a router. It took an hour and half to get seen, only 5 people in the store. After called up I had to wait for Stephen to finish his socializing on his cell phone to complete my transaction. Not a I’m sorry for the wait or thank you when I left. Very poor customer service.

Thank you @getspectrum for creating a warm and welcoming environment in your stores. I have a newborn who is enjoying cluster feeding and my hands were full the entire time! Your associate Stephen at the Spectrum store in Holly Springs, NC was extremely helpful. He noticed how much I was juggling and offered to help and me and was patient when I needed a moment. Being a mom can really be frustrating at times but I want to thank y’all for fostering a welcoming and family environment.

I wouldn't even bother going in-person for assistance. On three different occasions for different assistance, I was always told to call customer support for further help along with the staff not being eager to help customers.I've been a customer with Spectrum for almost four years now, never missed a payment and paid a phone in full from there. But my time with spectrum has been frustrating. One thing, Spectrum will not contact you when they're raising your bill so keep an eye on that if you're serviced with them. I was told that my total phone bill will be $80 and two months later they charged me $100 because apparently someone at my address had a balance even though the I am not affiliated with that person or their account...they were just basing it off the address. Another reason why I'm frustrated with Spectrum is their in-person customer service. The employees there will help you with the bare-minimum before telling you to call customer support...If I wanted to do that I would have already called and not waste my time driving 20 minutes for assistance."wish the day was over already"-staff member, minutes after the doors just unlocked at 12pm on Sunday.After my phone is paid in full, I will be switching carriers with either T-Mobile, Verizon, or a company that has better in-person customer service.

Came to this store in Holly Springs to return my equipment after we had cancelled our service and the store associate locked the door in my face. It was 7:08pm and the store was scheduled to close at 8pm per the sign on the door. I asked him to let me return my equipment and he walked away and started typing on a computer in the store. I called the phone number for the store but it was the customer service number for Spectrum. Terrible service.

Good customer service when I returned their wireless router. I’m keeping their internet service as their pricing was better than AT&T fiber for the same speeds. It is still a fiber network but allow you to use your own router and knock $5 off your bill. AT&T does not allow you to do either, and have to force a pass through setting to bypass the router. Speed and service has been great and their provided router was actually good for speed and coverage.

I signed into the waitlist and was removed and had to re-add myself to the queue. Once name was called, he never greeted hisself and used body language to ask "what do you want". I started the verbal conversation and told the man I came in to get a mobile phone if it's in stock. He was looking at me up and down,honey !!! I felt so little in my own body ! He proceed to state, if I was transferring data he didn't want to assist. I told him, I did not need help with transferring. He goes to the stock room to get the iPhone 14 pro max. Later on, I notice he is taking a picture of my ID and he says "ohhh, it's saying I can't give you the phone in person but get shipped out to the address on file." He started laughing saying you know with iPhones people be trying to "haha" so iPhones take a bit longer to get verified "haha".... I used to work for mobile phones and he was basically was trying to say I was not who I said I am. I called back in the call center to ask why and they did not know why he told me he couldn't give me the device in person !!! So I sent a complaint and canceled my order !!! Listen. I don't wanna say race played a factor BUT I was the only one of color who was told I couldn't get the device in person and YES IT WAS IN STOCK AND IT WAS ON THE COUNTER !!! The people that worked for spectrum on the phone has no clue why this store told me this and it was weird !!! BUT GO TO ANOTHER STORE !!!! He was bald with glasses and a beard, I would NEVER get an mobile phone from spectrum as long as he is still working at that store.

It shouldn’t be easier to go to a UPS store 2 miles away to return equipment rather than go to the Spectrum store but here we are. Monopoly cable/internet services SUCK

Simply ridiculous wait times and service for basic needs. Employees have no sense of urgency to help customers. Location needs immediate attention from upper management, no wonder most customers today are coming in to cancel services.

I just wish the upload speed was faster. On Ookla Speed Test it maxes out around 30mbps over wifi. Download speed over wifi is consistently 350-400mbps which is awesome. This is with over 10 devices connected either via ethernet cat6 cable or wifi. I have my TV and Xbox connected through ethernet cables. Just work on those upload speeds Spectrum and I could give 5 stars!
