We just went to this store this evening. Anita and Mahim worked tirelessly to not only give us a phenomenal deal on our 4 phones and two watches, but also worked with our previous provider on technical issues that were out of their control. They worked hours after closing, with stellar customer service that is hard to find these days. Our family would highly recommend the store and we are glad that we chose this carrier! They were kind, considerate, and patient throughout the duration. It was much appreciated!

I came in 14 minutes before closing on a Sunday night as I had lost my phone and needed help with locating it or even just getting a new one. Anita was amazing - she jumped into action to help me find the tools to find my phone, she didn’t rush, she made me feel like she would stay until we got some answers or even a brand new phone. In the end Anita’s help did help find the lost phone - I can not thank her enough - thank you to everyone at the T Mobile in Holly Springs for your help - I will be back, and I hope Anita is there

Even though the workers were not rude, they were still unhelpful. This is probably due to broader T-Mobile policies. Glad I won't be using them anymore

Absolute 5 star service. I wish l remembered the young ladies name because she was great and made me feel like my business is appreciated. But the T mobile automated system is SOOOO MUCH WORSE than the Sprint System which is why l was in the store. Good job Holly Springs and thku.

Terrible customer service. Try really hard not to write unpleasant reviews but that was a truly frustrating experience. The first woman who started assisting me just randomly passes me off to someone else who clearly didn’t know what he was doing either, nor did he try to find a solution. Instead he told me to call TMobile. Total waste of my time and energy. Literally all he had to do was call TMobile. Lazy and unprofessional.

My wife and I went to see what promotions they were having and it really was worth going in because they are having a great promotion. We're definitely switching to T-Mobile. Luis the salesman was very helpful but also showed us every option available for us. We are getting our new phones on Friday the new Samsung S 23 ultra. I can't wait. Great service from the salesman and manager. Must try!!

Drove out of our way to this location because store hours "confirmed" on website allowed plenty of time.Got there over an hour before posted closing time and they were locked, with a paper sign on the door showing new hours.

I've had the pleasure of receiving the best customer service experience ever at the T-Mobile store in Holly Springs. Starting from keeping in mind my budget by store associate Matthew to answering my questions store manager La-Toya. Saun also helped me set up another phone and helped me choose the best option for myself. I want to give a very special shout out to Abdul. He helped me install a screen protector on my phone and made the process as smooth as possible. Abdul is one of the most friendly and professional people I've ever met. It's people like Abdul and others that I will be recommending them to others like my friends and family to purchase their new phones. They give you that family friendly environment that I think should be in every store. I'm very happy I chose them to help me.

I found the local, store-side staff and initial customer service reps (that help you switch from a competitor) are super-duper-over-the-top friendly. That was the pleasant part, and I felt very optimistic.Once you sign up, and have issues with your bill, you are on overseas calls, on hold (800#) for a MINIMUM of 30 minutes, a half hour on top of that to speak to a manger, and on top of that, the issues are not resolved.
