Similar story as others. The "callback" appointment type doesn't happen. Twice in a row. Either plan to go in to the branch or call customer service when you're ready. The callback system doesn't work. Customer service is helpful when you get them.

Three strikes and you're out! I left a message with a teller to have a banker call me to schedule an appointment to deal with my recently deceased mother. They never called. I called the branch again to say no one ever called to set up an appointment with me. I was told by the person on the other end of the line that I didn't need an appointment to meet with a banker regarding my situation. So, this morning I arrived at the bank only to be told there were no bankers available for at least an hour and to come back. I responded by saying in that case I'd like an appointment. Good grief. The customer service stinks. After I deal with my mother's estate, we will close our accounts and find a new banking institution.

bankers on site have no knowledge. they just call the call center also. so that benefit is gone. also they put a hold on my debit card for a transaction at a gas station. you cant unlock it using secure mfa, you have to call a number, then auth there, then call another number, wait on hold, they cant tell you why it was blocked, but after some older authentication techniques, they unlock the card. not good enough for 2023. Suntrust was great. I had a bad feeling when BB&t got involved, it would decline. it did. avoid this bank.k

Truist has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever dealt with. The only reason I am even with them is that I had a Suntrust account and then was merged with BB&T. I do not recommend banking with Truist

I've been banking with SunTrust since 1985 when it was Crestar. I've occasionally tried different banks, but have sorely regretted it. This bank will keep you safe.

As of May 13, 2021, looks like this branch is closed. Prior to that, didn’t have such great experiences. ATM was frequently not working properly.

2.5 stars.Plus: Convenient location, non-crowded drive-through & ATMMinus: Not-so-kind employees, constantly rotating "managers" (interns?) that do not know how to open bank accounts in less than 30 minutes, notary makes odd stipulations which sends you back to the license office to pay $20 for them to notarize it there. :(

I've been banking with Suntrust in Holly Springs for 6 years now. I love working the entire staff and the bank manager Jason Pangrack has gone above and beyond helping get accounts set up and always there if I have any questions: quick, professional, and a delight to work with. I wish all bank branches and banks operated this bank.

What a terrible experience. We opened an account because unfortunately Chase locations are few and far between. They closed our account and said they could not tell us why and that we would get a check with an explanation. Our mortgage company does not take IOUs. STAY AWAY!!!

They need to have more than one person who can notarize paperwork. I have stopped in there 4 times in the past week to have documents notarized & the one person who can do it is either at lunch, on a call or in a meeting. Super annoying. I do like the online services but their in person service needs some help.

Great customer service and really friendly staff. I do all my banking there. Easy drive through service, bank by phone, ATM or just walk on in. I love this bank.

After interviewing many banks for our business banking, it was an easy decision when we sat down with SunTrust in Holly Springs. Although they are a large bank ... you feel as though it is a small, intimate bank. When you walk in, they know your name and they are always eager to help you. Highly recommend.
