Not one electric cart was charged and ready to use on Monday at 12:30. Store was not busy. Frozen dept. Had the wrong product on a shelf marked 2/$11 for the third time which I only discovered at the register. Not enough help at the registers or in the pharmacy.

This has been our go to Target since it opened. It has been clean, decluttered, with good prices, and more than helpful employees. We’ve never had any problems here.

This is the worst target in the area theyScammed me out of 2 thousand dollars I had bought a Lg tv for 2 thousand dollars as I got home to set it up it wasn't the same tv that was supposed to be in the box not even the same brand they had put a 200 dollar TCL tv, I had went back to explain to them what had happen they supposedly check the camera said they couldn't do nothing abt it an the manager was no help extremely rude wouldn't recommend buying anything from these people i don’t see how it’s my fault that. Yall have people stealing, or swapping TVs in the back of the store an I have to take the loss on it I will be taking this to corporate!!

Usually my experience with Target service is great, but I had an issue with an online pickup. Despite having a confirmation email with barcode, the representative could not find my order. I had to repurchase my items in store. Later they found it, then I had to pickup and return the items. Huge inconvenience!

Still the worst target in the area. And maybe the state. Empty shelves, clothes on the ground, long lines to check out. They stop carrying random items that are available at all of the other targets. My pick up orders are never ready on time. Don't get it twisted. This is not the hourly employees' fault. They're lovely. It's a staffing issue from corporate. They haven't been able to catch up since Covid bc corporate decided they can have the worst customer experience and still pay their csuite hundreds of millions of dollars. At this point Walmart is a better shopping experience. Or literally any other target in the state.

Not sure what is going on with this location but lately every time I do drive up there are no drive up parking spots and it take an hour to get your order when you do finally snag a spot. Going inside to shop and checkout are no better. The line is down to the back of the store.

Quite upset as I had a return that was partially purchased with a gift card. When I returned the item for a refund. It was put back onto a "Merchandise Card" which is ONLY good for IN STORE USE!! If you purchase partially with a gift card and you're getting a refund, then whatever is not cash should go back to a GIFT CARD where you have the OPTION to use it for a future purchase online. Target return policy STINKS!!

It is very easy to describe this store in one word....MESS.This store has clearly gone downhill. It used to be the best Target in the area but it has fallen from that title badly.The store is an absolute mess now with items misplaced everywhere and the sense of organization gone.I would not recommend this location to anyone anymore.
