Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from but the level of care and urgency and attentiveness I received bringing my cat in was unmatched! Nothing but good things to say about the staff here and I feel lucky to have a good vet emergency hospital nearby.

Someone dropped a puppy off at our house earlier this week. Within a few days she started showing signs of having parvo. I called around to multiple vets and nobody would see her except for these people. Within a few hours they had a treatment plan made up for her and were giving her fluid and meds. I was also very impressed with how they used PPE when handling her to prevent spreading the infection to other pups. I haven't seen that before. After two visits they sent me home with fluids and meds to administer myself because she was doing so well, which that ended up saving me a bunch of time and money. I wanted to give a special thanks to Natalia and Dr. Wilson for their kindness when treating our girl Sylvia

Do not take your animals to this place. All they want is your money.I would give 0 stars if I could. We took our loving dog Izzy here for an emergency and left out with a $2,300.00 bill after5 hours of being there. Came back 2 hours later because Izzy took a turn for the worse. She literally died before going back inside this place and they charged me another $500.00 to do CPR on her in which she didn’t make it. She was 2 years old. They charged me $280.00 for four different kinds of medication which we never used in that 2 hours. Then was told they can’t take the medication back because it left the building. Zero compassion for animals here. They are just after your money. I went and met with the manager Jason the next day about what happened and I see exactly why his employees are the way they are. Having no compassion for animals must be a part of the interview process. Do Not Trust This Place!!! I can’t wait for the day that this place goes out of business!!

Traveling and my dog needed to see a vet. So glad Triangle Veterinary Hospital was there and I knew she was in good hands. Amazing doctors and compassionate team members. Got us in right away! Thank you for taking care of my Gemma!

Truly the worst veterinary hospital. I would give them zero stars if I could. The vets here clearly don’t understand patient care and how to communicate in an understanding mature manner the complexities of the cases seen here. Furthermore, the staff here treat every pet here like an object with no value. Our dog Zoey unfortunately had to be hospitalized overnight here since all the other ERs in the area were at full capacity. As a result of their treatment, she developed chronic diarrhea that’s lasted for days. The staff didn’t even care to clean Zoey up after having to be taken out multiple times for her diarrhea. We could see how terrified she was of the staff here. Additionally, the vet Natalie Hughes who was very loud, literally had the audacity to discuss euthanizing Zoey who is alert and stable before even discussing the results of her ultrasound and potential root causes for the results. Truly one of the most unprofessional vets I have ever encountered. Furthermore, she and her team stated we would receive Zoey’s aspiration results by Friday at the latest. We still haven’t received them and it’s EOB Monday now. When I called the Hospital today they stated we should get the results sometime this week. This hospital doesn’t care for you and your pet - in the end you will feel like a needle in a haystack. Please do not have your pet seen here as you will really regret it.

Went on 12/8/2023 with cat I told them he was acting as he was dying as bobbing head not eating drinking just laying in one spot. They did blood work and X-rays and told me everything was good. All they seen was little constipation and dehydrated so they did fluid under skin and sent him home with pain medication. 40 hours later my cat which was only 6.5 years old passed. Seems they rushed the tests and never found what was wrong. Now I have a died young cat and no reason as to why.

This hospital absolutely saved my whippet's life and has provided us with valuable time with him. In April 2023, my whippet began having cluster grand mal seizures (never having had a seizure before) at 10 years old. This hospital took us and our dying dog in, immediately stabilized him, and got him on medication that has prevented any further seizures. It's now November 2023 and he's still doing amazing, you wouldn't know he has a brain tumor. You're going to pay more of course, it's an emergency vet - this isn't abnormal. But the way these guys took us in, saved my dog's life, comforted us when we were weeping in the patient room thinking it was the end for our dog - I'll never be able to express how grateful I am for them. They're truly heroes.

My cat swallowed a string. TVRH took an x-ray, suggested immediate expensive surgery or the cat would die. I went for a second opinion several x-rays later that vet said to do nothing and the cat would pass the string. Two weeks later and the cat has passed it and is fine. I understand they want money but this is ridiculous.

Back in December we had a big scare with our little guy. Doctors misdiagnosed him with heart failure, thankfully we quickly were referred to Dr. Hummel and his team when they found out that wasn't our case. The team at triangle veterinary got us in quickly even though it was the holidays and began treating our dog for pneumonia and bronchitis. It was an aggressive case and not responding like normal but they never gave up. Now, 7 months later, our little guy is back to his old self with no issues. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family but we're so grateful for everyone's help and compassion. Thank you team!

Words can’t describe how amazing this place is. Always the kindest, most friendly staff that truly cares for their patients. They always go above and beyond for pet’s needs to ensure they receive the best care possible. Highly highly recommend them for both emergency care and referral care!

Three weeks ago, today we lost our sweet dog Laney. Suddenly she became lethargic and vomiting . Taking her to Triangle Veterinarian Hospital she was diagnosed with a tumor that broke in her stomach. Leading us to make make some decisions, speaking with the doctor she was amazing, companionate, knowledgeable and understanding. we took her home as a family we requested some time for the reality to set in. time to sink in. We took her home and time for another family member to come to town. As she quickly declined we stayed awake through the night, should she begin to pass and not be alone. Needing to let her go comfortably and with dignity we knew it was time to let her go comfortably and at peace. We took her in the wagon so there was no need to transfer her into the building . That’s where they were able to the procedure. Triangle Veterinary again handled this with such dignity and compassion. Many thanks and praise to them for their professionalism and compassion at such a difficult time.

It’s never an easy time when your pet needs an emergency vet and has to ultimately be put down. That being said we were met with compassion and empathy from the moment we walked in the doors. I felt like my cat, Ghost, really meant something to them and that made his transition easier on us.

My cat, Ghost, was admitted here and diagnosed with end-stage large cell lymphoma. The staff was very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. They treated Ghost as if he was their own pet, and made us feel much better. We are happy that we chose this hospital to help us with our end of care. Thank you so much.
