Trinity has always helped take care of our dog from overnight stays to medical needs to grooming. They are excellent in all areas. I highly recommend them.

I have been going to Trinity Animal Hospital for 15 plus years. Always a positive experience BUT now they are owned by a larger company and the service and care is truly amazing. I can't say enough positive things...so thorough, so caring!

I rescued a dog and was extremely matted. Took her to Trinity veterinary hospital and they did an amazing job. She looked like another dog. She was clean and happy. Thanks to them for taking her the next day and make her look like a new dog.

Took my Cane Corso in for an allergic reaction he was having. Dr. Lane and the assistant were so caring and loving to Indy. They were very thorough and I didn't feel like I was being upsold like i do at other vet offices

I am deeply disappointed with the grooming experience my beloved AussieDoodle puppy received at Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs, NC.This recent experience at Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs has left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciate their effort to provide grooming services, the outcome was far from satisfactory and has caused significant distress to my beloved pet and me.I entrusted my beloved 11-month-old cheerful and playful AussieDoodle puppy to Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs for what should have been a routine summer cut. I specifically communicated my expectations for a gentle detangling and trim, removing knots, leaving hair on her head and not shaving her completely. Unfortunately, my puppy was returned to me almost completely bald, with only eyelashes, hair on ears; and the tip of her tail remaining.Without my consent or prior communication, my puppy was completely shaved to the skin. This drastic decision not only destroyed her teddy-bear appearance, for which AussieDoodles are famous for, two weeks before her first birthday anniversary. What's even more concerning is the visible cuts and uneven shaving that were evident on her skin. To make matters worse, my puppy was trembling and stressed when I picked her up, and her behavior indicated that she had experienced significant distress during her time at the salon. The grooming process seemed to deviate drastically from what was discussed, and my puppy's physical and emotional state were severely compromised as a result. The experience has left her visibly scared, and in a state of discomfort.Since the grooming, my once cheerful and joyful puppy has been shivering, displaying signs of distress, and even regressed in her house training, peeing on the carpet. The emotional toll this experience has taken on both of us is immeasurable. While the partial refund provided a minor consolation, it hardly addresses the emotional trauma my pet endured. As my emotional support and service animal in training, her well-being is of utmost importance to me. Five days after the grooming, she would always lean towards me, never leaving site of me, would curl next to me wherever I go, and starts whining when left along even if for a moment. The offer of a "free skin test" falls short of addressing the severe cuts and emotional trauma inflicted upon my pet.I enclose before and after photos of my little Sandy Gioia. My friends and neighbors ask me if I got a new dog, and all I can say is that this is Sandy after being groomed at Trinity Animal Hospital. Nobody is laughing at that, people just keep wondering how can someone intentionally destroy the appearance of the breed and cause so much trauma to a small puppy.I hope that Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs takes these concerns seriously and makes efforts to improve their communication and handling of pets. Pet owners deserve to feel confident in the care their animals receive, and my recent experience has shaken that confidence.I would urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs for grooming services. It is my hope that my review will raise awareness and lead to improvements in their practices.Sincerely,Nataliia Berezhna

Followed Dr. Lane here from her previous office. Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming and provided a really great experience when our dog needed something surgically removed. Highly recommend!

My recent grooming experience at Trinity Animal Hospital was deeply disappointing. I entrusted my beloved 11-month-old cheerful, playful, and trusting AussieDoodle puppy for a summer cut, requesting a gentle trim and detangling. However, my puppy was returned almost bald, with uneven cuts and visible skin damages and irritations. Without my consent or prior communication, my puppy was completely shaved to the skin. This drastic decision not only destroyed her teddy-bear appearance, for which AussieDoodles are famous for, two weeks before her first birthday anniversary, but also resulted in visible cuts and injuries on various parts of her body. I entrusted Trinity Animal Hospital with the care of my puppy, who is also my emotional support and service animal in training, and I expected professionalism and compassion. The grooming process left my pet visibly distressed, trembling, and shivering even five days after the service. As my emotional support and service animal in training, her well-being is crucial to me. While a partial refund was offered, it hardly addresses the emotional toll on my puppy. The offer of a "free skin test" falls short of addressing the skin cuts above her eye and under two of her legs. and emotional trauma inflicted upon my pet. Since the grooming, my once cheerful and joyful puppy has been shivering, displaying signs of distress, and even regressed in her house training, peeing on the carpet. The emotional toll this experience has taken on both of us is immeasurable. I hope Trinity Animal Hospital takes these concerns seriously and improves their communication and handling of pets. Pet owners and pets deserve better, and my experience has left me hesitant to recommend their services. Sincerely, Nataliia Berezhna

Followed Dr. Sweet here from another vet office. We love her-- she is a perfect fit for us & our 15 y.o. dog Pepper. She is knowledgeable, kind, and spends the time needed to answer questions. It has been a great experience to work with her at Trinity-- all of the staff are exceptional and do a great job. Could not ask for more-- we feel very glad to have such a compassionate team helping us with this more challenging stage of our dog's life.

Full service so we get vet care, boarding, and day care. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always help my wife get our two giant beasts back and forth to the car during day care days. Vets are fair and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive.

I have been taking my dog to Trinity for the past two years for boarding and vet visits, never had a problem reported about. June 26th I picked my dog up from the facility spoke with workers and nothing was mentioned about him behaving aggressively. While there I scheduled for him to be boarded for July 17-21. July 11th I received a text stating my dog boarding appointment had been canceled because of his aggressive behavior towards workers this was the first time of me hearing this. Mind you I fof my dog has always been friendly to people . When I called for a explanation I was put on hold for several minutes only to be told that the manager was unavailable to talk at the moment after about 3 hours I finally received call from the boarding manager apologizing for the lack of communication. Her explanation was my dog was uncooperative and fussy about his space.

Trinity has been an amazing vet for our pup. He had a troubled beginning and has a myriad of quirks/issues, and Trinity has always been kind, helpful, and timely when we needed them. We’re definitely going to continue using them for both boarding and vet services.

If you choose to take your pet here, double check everything they do/prescribe as there is an extreme lack of attention which could result in the death of your pet. Worked with 4 vets at this hospital and 3 of the 4 made mistakes regarding medication. One vet prescribed 3x larger dose than needed which resulted in extreme vomiting. A different vet caught the overdose and adjusted, but then prescribed my pet a new medication and filled it with the wrong pills (I caught this myself as the label instructions did not match the type of pill in the bottle). I was assigned another vet who I showed this mistake to, who told me to just give my pet the (wrong) medicine bc it was in the same drug family and “fixed it” by removing the printed label and replacing it with a handwritten label (this is illegal). I reported this to the Practice Manager and was then given the correct medication. On top of that, they misdiagnosed my pet and he developed pneumonia as a result (which was diagnosed by the new place that I’m taking him to now - I left this place after the medication ordeal).

I have allowed my emotions ease as to better be able to write an objective, fair review for Trinity, yet I still find myself growing angrier as I write due to the magnitude that I feel my dog was absolutely dismissed by Trinity. My late dog, Beta, started going to Trinity about 2 years ago. We saw Dr. Arroyo several times and loved her; she was incredibly patient (Beta had fear issues), unafraid, and seemingly passionate about her work. She even returned a call herself to discuss starting Beta on an anti-anxiety medication. In June of 2022, Beta had a strange episode, and I took her in that day for a work up. The vet that saw her, Dr. Vasquez, acted afraid of Beta (she in almost ten years NEVER lunged or not just growled due to fear from mistreatment in her first 6 months of life). Beta was also muzzled, and she still would not get on the floor with her or interact, much different from Dr. Arroyo. Labs were completed, and our return call from Dr. Vasquez revealed that Beta had elevated liver enzymes at this time, but she absolutely dismissed it and said likely unrelated to the event. We did not ask about repeat labs, as I expected that if there were a concern, Vasquez would have recommended a repeat lab draw to ensure it was, in fact, just related to “dehydration” or “acute illness.” Fast forward to December 18, and Beta became very ill, and we were forced to put her down on Dec 26 due to LIVER failure. Trinity was understandably unable to see Beta the day she became ill and we saw someone at the sister vet, Gentle Care Animal Hospital in Cary, NC. We received excellent, thorough, professional care there, but most importantly, we were told that labs are at an increased risk of copper storage disease, which could cause liver failure. Who is to say what caused Beta’s liver failure, but had we been educated (as expected by the vet who is a professional in animals) on the risks for labradors, we absolutely would have advocated for a retest back in June just to see. As someone who works in healthcare education, it is the professional’s job to EDUCATE their patients (in this case, one would expect the pet parents) on things like this and to present options to the patients for next steps. Would starting the medication we started on Beta have restored enough of her healthy liver cells back in June to save her life and given her enough quality of life to stay with us past the day after Christmas? We certainly cannot say for sure, but I feel confident that it would have had a better chance of working had we started it sooner—or at least a CHANCE of working. By the time Beta presented with ongoing symptoms, she was in end stage liver failure, and, therefore, the medications didn’t really stand a chance. Also, when Beta began to rapidly deteriorate over the Christmas weekend, I called Trinity, as her primary vet, and the vet who returned my call was fabulous with getting back to me and guiding us on next steps/when to call back. This vet and calm and Dr Arroyo are the reason I even give three stars. However, on the day we had to help Beta cross the rainbow bridge on Dec 26, I called Trinity to say she needed to be seen as she was declining further and I did not want her to suffer. We were told that the vet I spoke with over the weekend would return my call “within the hour.” Again, working in healthcare, I understand prioritization of care and that things happen; however, this was a dying dog, and I waited 3 hours before calling the sister hospital back to assist in helping Beta die with dignity and peacefully. Trinity to this day never called or acknowledged Beta’s passing, despite the fact that Trinity shares a documentation system with Gentle Care, so I’m certain they became aware of her passing. I’m certainly not accustomed to clinics not even acknowledging a pet’s death, having worked with other vets with previous dogs. It seems very apparent to me, unfortunately, that Trinity at large seems more concerned with revenue than they do with caring for our furry family members, and that is so disappointing to me.

If I could give more than five stars I would. My dog is anxious at the vet and all the staff was very gentle with him and made him feel at ease. There was no rush and everything was one step at a time. While they did take their time, it was also an efficient visit because I was in and out in about thirty minutes. This is top care for your pet at a very reasonable price.

We had to board our two fur babies there because we evacuated due to hurricane Ian. We arrived extremely frazzled. We were treated with such compassion and kindness the entire time. We are forever grateful! Your staff rocks. Ron and Deb Myers
